Casa Cusco Guest House Reviews

The accommodation is close to Cusco's main square. The reception was not good. Coca tea is available, but the utensils are not clean and there is noise from other rooms. There is no heating because the nights are cold. However, for the price, it is acceptable.

The accommodation location is good, and it's close to the square. The hostel owner is also friendly, and the view is so nice, I highly recommend it.

Run by a married couple. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the square in Cusco. However, it is on a hill and at a high altitude, so the air is thin, so keep that in mind. You can also take a shared bus from the airport to the square (if you have the energy, energy, and peace of mind). However, there was no hot water in the shower at first. Because of this, I had to contact her husband, who runs the hotel, every time, which was inconvenient. However, if there was anything, they would come to my aid via WhatsApp, and when I went to Machu Picchu, they let me leave all my luggage there, and they even secured a shared bus to the hydroelectric power station, so the service was excellent in that respect.

The staff was friendly. I also like that they provide tea 24 hours a day. The location is a little inconvenient because you have to go up a narrow road from the square. The Wifi was unstable when I stayed there.

Relación calidad precio bien.

We waited for an hour at the front door when we wanted to check in, nobody was there. Another Hostel guest helped us out after a while and called the owner so we could get our room. Later, we got asked twice if we want our room to be cleaned during our stay, we denied twice. They came into our room anyways when we weren't there. They made the bed but they also took some of our personal items that were on the bed, that we bought in Cusco. We sadly noticed one day later but never got a response from them again.

Excellent place to rest in Cusco. Very close to the Plaza de Armas. With a beautiful view of the city. I have to deduct points because we only arrived at 0:15 and nobody was there to let us in. So we had to book another hotel for one night. Breakfast could also be improved.
