The rooms were great. The staff was especially helpful. Not of all Gonzalo. August was also wonderful. And the server Juan Marco always helped.

Nice location, love the building, super clean, safe, and the breakfast was really tasty with a really buffet options, nice and friendly staff, Price is just fair for alll that they offer . Awesome experience

So close to the historic center of Cusco! Two blocks. The number one advantage, besides the hotel itself, in fact a national patrimonium historic site and the entire staff being so welcoming, helpful, professional and genuinely nice.

My friend and I stayed here after completing the 4 day salkanttay trek and wanted to splurge a bit - this was the perfect place to be! I’m pretty picky with my hotels because I can’t shake the itch of all the people who have slept there before me but this hotel was so clean and comfortable, I didn’t think about any of that for a second. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast buffet is awesome (you can get a fresh to cook omelette which is a really nice touch). It’s well located and the court yard outside is really beautiful. It was really lovely to stay here!

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. It's essentially a museum! Beautiful rooms and spaces, excellent location, tasty breakfast, and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
