I booked this hotel because I was told I couldn’t find tickets to go to Machupicchu at the same day, and when I arrived at Cusco, a friend helped me to buy ticket, and I applied for a refund, or even change the booking date , they didn’t even answer me!
Poor communication with clients !
If you need to book a hotel but its uncertain to stay or not, don’t book this one

The hotel is near to the main square, price-service is pretty worth it. I read a lot regarding the breakfast in the past comments but it actually was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and even tho it’s cold the had heathers and extra blankets. Considering ALL I actually recommend this hotel. Price is equal to what you get.

I have traveled over 70 countries and I’ve never met a staff as helpful as this front desk. I was dealing with a lost passport and Catia Morante was amazing. She assisted with printing all of the paperwork that I needed for my emergency passport application, as well as copying items I needed. She even asked her assistant Jessica to go across the street and make a photo copy of my drivers license. All of this with a smile and “is there anything else I can do to help?”

Hotel muy bonito, excelente ubicación, habitaciones muy limpias, y cómodas. Y muy amplias, hay servicio de oxígeno para cualquier emergencia. Lo mejor con agua caliente, aunque la helada es muy recomendable para aclimatarse con el clima. Excelente trato de los empleados.

O hotel é limpo e organizado. Todos os dias arrumam e limpam os quartos... Ótima localização (é muito perto da Plaza de Armas), onde tem muitos restaurantes, comércio e casa de câmbio em frente. O Bernard é maravilhoso e super atencioso... ajuda bem. Parabéns.

Excelente ubicación, excelente servicio, el desayuno es buffet y es delicioso, la habitación es muy cómoda y son muy aseados. Ademas no se siente el frío de la cuidad. El chico Bernard una atención increíble, muy amable y dispuesto a brindarte una asesoría muy buena. Recomendadisimos, felicitaciones!!!
