God beliggenhed, behagelig seng og god hygiejne. Dejlig varmt vand i bruseren.
De tog mange penge for drikkevand, men man kan selv medbringe udefra, og morgenmaden slutter alt for tidligt kl 9. Desuden meget tidligt, at man skal tjekke ud kl 9.30, men de var søde til at opbevare baggage.

Hotel is in a perfect location, near to main square and shops, well-maintained, clean rooms, rooms with the correct space, the lobby is a beautiful place where one can admire the colonial balconies, with a coca maté available at all times during day and night, and breakfast was great. No problems with anything, definitely i will choose again. Also really helpful and friendly staff, special mention to Juan Pablo for his help during our stay.

We were four and had a great stay. The checkin went very smoothly and the staff were very helpful. They were very helpful and always had great information. They helped us get taxis for our early morning airport run. The breakfast was very nice… and great fried eggs or whatever you. wanted. Great coffee too. The colonial style hotel made the stay memorable to match the Cusco charm. Great value and comfortable…

PROS: location and price
CONS: needs update, cleaning staff needs to be better trained (lots of long hairs everywhere) sheets and towels don’t seem to be changed and they rush you to get out of your room to “clean it”.
Hot water is easily available in the mornings but in the afternoon you must let water run for 10-15 minutes before warm water comes out.
Lobby staff are unfriendly and unwilling to give you details (for example, asked for a late check out, which they have a zero tolerance passed 9am they will charge you half your nightly rate until Noon and then nightly rate passed Noon - we didn’t mind paying the half rate but asked if we could stay until 2pm given we had booked 9 nights with them (last minute trip for the holidays) so they pretended to speak with their manager and still said no, so when I asked for the name of the manager they wouldn’t give it. I asked three different lobby employees for the name of the manager and they all made excuses to avoid giving me a name - so strange, but just made the experience from “you get what you paid for to terrible”
