Great place for a budget stay. There was a disappointing miscommunication at the check-in, but it was solved later that night. A heater is 20 soles more and without a heater the room is very cold. Nice stay at the good price! Also, only 10 min away from Limbus - my favorite restaurant in Cusco (and it’s a straight walk, no need to climb many stairs lol)

We stayed two nights. Location is very good and close to San Blas. Everything clean, comfortable and a good communication in general. Even with Transport from the airport. I can recommend this place. ☺️

It is a lovely small property with more of an apartment vibe than a hotel. They keep the front door locked but someone is always there to let you in. I went in winter and there is no heating in the room but the staff was very kind to lend me a space heater, have to ask for it though. They also offered a Cocoa Tea when I checked in and were pretty accommodating of my needs overall. The only thing that wasn't the property's fault but the person next door kept blasting music very early in the AM - with no regard to anyone. Gotta love those folks.

The accommodation was very excellent, especially the receptionist named "Neivy" very attentive, very helpful, I have no word to say how well they treated me at the hotel, the administrator was very good, all 5 stars, take care of your money and do not hire the services on a trip to "machu-ppichu" and other places, from "señor karim", he is a scammer with the face of a very serious man, I hope the same does not happen to you, if you hire him, have "good luck".

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Ayenda Cascada Del Inka in Cusco and we really enjoyed our stay. I made a mistake and thought we were at a different hotel and the manager from that hotel phoned Delphine at the Ayenda Cascada and after explaining my mistake Delphine rushed to pick us up in her car! What a sweet gesture! The staff at the Ayenda Cascada del Inka was kind and really helpful. Our large bedroom had a private bathroom and up to date solar heated hot water, awesome! The room also had a flat screen TV which we had no time to watch but it was great! We especially appreciated the evening hotel manager as he got up very early to lock up after we left for Rainbow mountain. We also appreciated the tasty breakfast. Although This hotel is up the hill from the Plaza de Armas it is really worth the extra steps as it was quiet, clean and the staff was wonderful! Merci!

I stayed here at the beginning of June (their winter) for 4 nights. This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone. Please, let me explain. The hotel has NO heat. I woke up to 39°F. The windows in the bathroom are louvered or jalousied windows. They don’t close the whole way which makes the room even more cold. I thought I could warm up by taking a hot shower, but there was NO hot water. Finally on the third day, we figured out that if you want hot water, you have to take a shower late in the afternoon when no one was there. We told the staff that we didn’t need house keeping while we were there, yet ever day they entered our rooms just to make the bed. They didn’t replace any towels or sheets. On the third day we asked for clean towels and the lady was upset that we asked for clean towels. All of the electrical outlets were loose. If you plugged something in, you had to move it around to a certain angle to get it to work and hopefully it didn’t fall out. The curtains in the room did not block out any light. There were dogs barking outside the window all night long, which was very loud with the open windows. For breakfast they served cold coffee and a cold one egg omelet with bread. The overall general appearance of the hotel is updated (not the windows) and clean. This hotel also has good WiFi. I know the hotel industry has struggled throughout this pandemic. I hope I have explained this hotel well and it gives you an idea of what to expect.
