The rooms were clean and comfortable with a storage heater and hot shower. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. However, when we arrived it was a little strange for us when the receptionist said that we didn't have a booking there even though we had and I had the confirmation receipt to show him. He wasn't responsive until I called Trip.com online service, and then he continued looking and said that he actually found it, so maybe be aware of this happening when you arrive. It was also a little strange that after they checked us in, we had a lot of luggage and staff showed us to the rooms that were quite a walk away and up one set of stairs and two sets of elevators, that they didn't help with anything of the bags. We only noticed this as we had much better service in other hotels in Cusco.

A lovely hotel! Beautiful and comfortable with helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. It was in walking distance to Plaza de Armas and our new favorite restaurant, Ofrenda. The hotel also stored our bags for a day while we were in Machu Picchu.

The crew was very kind and helpful. The room is very clean. Breakfast is delicious. There is a local bread and a craft golden berry jam that are amazing! The lacation is 600 mts from the main plaza (plaza de armas) and several local sightseeing atractions. I recommend Cusco and this hotel for a couples or friends vacation.

Great little hotel a few minutes walk to Plaza del Almas with good restaurants and shops and sites worth visiting, all in walking distance. The rooms I had were both light, facing a quiet courtyard away from the road, clean, simple but had everything you need with bathroom with shower and fresh towels. The staff were very helpful, spoke good English at reception, which is manned 24/7, making it safe for sole women travellers. Breakfast is included downstairs and was a good selection of fresh fruit and cooked items, cereals, toast, cheese and meats and a variety of drinks. They held my luggage securely for 4 days while I travelled to Lake Titikaka. I loved their seating areas with good varieties of herbal teas available. Would definitely stay there again and recommend, good value.

El Hotel superó mis expectativas! Está muy bien decorado, con detalles que le dan mucha calidez a todos los ambientes. Nos bañamos siempre con agua muy caliente y el personal del hotel muy amable y muy predispuestos a ayudar en todo. Hay una gran sala para desayunar . Desayuno bastante completo. La ubicación muy buena , a 4 cuadras de la Plaza de Armas

Hotel prolijo, limpio, situado a 3 cuadras de Pza Armas, desayuno aceptable, cama muy cómoda, buena ducha, TV cabke. No cuenta con AA, pero en Setbre no fue necesario. Si se puede catalogar como opinión contraria, la habitación era algo ruidosa por el pasaje de los huéspedes

Visita de férias em família. Limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar com cabelos e pêlos no banheiro e cobertas de frio na cama. Café da manhã bem fraco, pães secos e amanhecidos, pouca opção de frutas, nenhum bolo ou doce. Recepcionistas não cordiais, saímos cedo pela manhã e o recepcionista estava com cara de quem acabou de acordar, cabelo sem pentear e bafo de quem não escovou os dentes…péssimo!! Hotel cheio de escadas!
