This hotel is nice, clean and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms are cute and feel authentic to Perú. The shower has hot water, there’s a restaurant onsite and the staff is super nice and helpful. There is a spa and souvenir shop on site as well. The room I was in had a large terrace which was very nice!

There was no WiFi in my room. Even when given another way to log in, it didn’t work. The third time I brought it up, the man at the desk shrugged his shoulders. I wasn’t the only one with this problem. Many people would stand in the hallways.

This is an older property which adds to its charm, but the mold in the room was gross. Bed was okay. They did have a heat/ac unit in the room.Shower water pressure was better than most. Not too far from restaurants and shops but area is mostly residential. They did bring breakfast to our room, which was nice.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located. Facilities are clean. Buffet breakfast is average, but the coffee was pretty good. Bring ear plugs. Unless you have an internal room you’re going to be hearing every single noise from the streets below.

We had two nights here for our trip. Both times we were given a decent sized twin room. Bathrooms a bit small but there was hot water!! Comfortable nights sleep. Only a few minutes walk from the main square in Cusco. Buffet breakfast with a reasonable selection.

This was quite a pleasant surprise. The hotel was impeccably clean, conveniently located for dining and service was incredible. Our room had a balcony overlooking the hillside and the breakfast was terrific. This was a terrific experience.

Stayed here on two separate occasions as part of a tour. On both occasions, reception staff were incredibly rude and breakfast was terrible (very odd selection of inedible food). The rooms are very dated with uncomfortable beds and rocky furniture. Majority of the plug sockets weren’t working and the wifi is terrible unless you stand at reception. Bathrooms were also dated but clean. Worst part however was how noisy the hotel was…it is impossible to sleep without earplugs, especially the first occasion when I had a room on the car park side. Would really recommend staying somewhere else.
