Good hotel location with many eateries within walking distance, breakfast is ok for what you pay per night. There is a bar right next door so the music is kinda loud at night and all the vehicles on the main road honking early in the morning… not recommendable for guest that prioritised good sleep quality

The good points include the close proximity to the sea and cafe, a normally working shower, air conditioning and a fairly comfortable bed. However, the room is completely unequipped: there is only 1 clumsy hanger, and the closet is not suitable for long clothes (dresses), although there is nothing to hang them on anyway, there is also no chair or bench, so you will have to sit or lay out your clothes on the bed. Although there is a window, a meter away from it is the wall of a neighboring building with humming external air conditioner units, from which hot air comes out, so there will be no view of the street, nor even the opportunity to air the room. Cleaning with a change of towels is done every 3 days. I lived in room 801.

The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and tucked away on a quiet street. Restaurants, cafés, massage places, shops, and scooter rentals are all nearby. The apartment is on the second floor with no special view, but it gets plenty of natural light throughout the day since it’s not completely blocked by surrounding buildings. It’s super clean, with no mold. Occasionally, you might see small insects - just put your food into the fridge and you'll be okay, and you can always ask for bug spray. The bed is comfortable, there’s enough space to work, and the kitchen is well-equipped for light cooking, with a large fridge, kettle, microwave, and stovetop. The bathroom is spacious, and both water pressure and hot water work perfectly. The hosts are very kind and allowed me to store my luggage before check-in. Communication was smooth and easy. I was very satisfied with my stay. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the apartment door - currently it’s made of frosted glass, which lets in light from the stairs/opposite appartment at night and might bother some people.

Silia Hotel & Apartment is a new aparthotel, but the quality of cleaning and service leaves much to be desired.
The first room smelled of mold, they replaced it without any problems.
The bed linen was stained, the air conditioner had not been cleaned for a long time.
If you are lucky with the room, it is a good option, but it all depends on the specific room.
Check-in is strictly from 14:00.

I wanted to go to Marble Mountain, so I went 2 hours early and consulted if I could keep my luggage, and he was willing to lend me a room.
Also upgraded for free.
I rented some rooms in the same price range in Hanoi, Da Nang and Hoi An, but the shower was comfortable here!
The temperature and water pressure of hot water are the best.
It's a bit far from Da Nang and Hoi An, but it's a place to stay here on the day you go to Marble Mountain.
There is also a supermarket within walking distance.
I want to stay again when I come to Vietnam ♪

AAshnomalyGreat and friendly staff. They clean rooms daily unless you ask them not to. I had a cockroach in my room probably a hole somewhere but they took care of it immediately. Sprayed it and no more cockroaches. Regardless, room was clean. A big smelly when I arrived but for the price, this place is great.

PpolllyyyFirst they gave me a dirty number. Then they agreed to replace me, and a day later I was moved back into the first room. the staff does not work in concert with each other. There is a construction site next to the hotel, and every day in the early morning you can hear a jackhammer and a drill. It's terrible, it's impossible to sleep. I think if you have no other options (as it was in my case), then you can stay for 1-2 nights. But I don't recommend stopping here for a long time
