Sheraton Grand Danang Beach Resort & SPA

Had a wonderful 5-day stay here. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, the hotel provides everything you could possibly need. We spent our days relaxing in the amazing 250-meter long pool and enjoying the fantastic private beach. The staff were all very patient and professional. Our whole family had a great time, and we'd definitely consider booking here again on our next trip to Da Nang.

The room is spacious and comes with standard amenities. The breakfast spread is excellent. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there isn't much to do nearby, and the location is halfway between Da Nang city center and Hoi An. The outdoor pool is absolutely stunning! It's a top choice if you're looking for a hotel to relax at with kids.

The environment is great, and there's a huge pool. If you love swimming and peace and quiet, this is the place to stay. The beach is just okay, but it's a private beach so there are hardly any people, which is a plus. However, there are no amenities nearby, and breakfast isn't very varied. Also, the bottled water in the room tasted bad and made me sick after drinking it.

This is also a Marriott property, but the breakfast here isn't as rich as the Marriott next door. You're also not allowed to go into the sea, only use the pool. I hope they can set up a safe swimming area by the beach so guests can enjoy the ocean.

Traveling to Da Nang alone. The hotel's breakfast was absolutely not clean, not clean at all. It looked clean, but after eating it, I had diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach cramps for three days straight. Once, during breakfast, I even saw an Indian person directly touch all the naan bread on the serving station with their bare hands, pick one, and then put the others they had grabbed back. I thought it was just me, but after posting about it on social media, I found out that multiple guests at the same hotel had experienced similar symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea. The front desk service was also terrible; one short female staff member was particularly unhelpful and dismissive.
