The hotel located close to the beach but not many shops and restaurants around. Our room has sea view but we have problem with adjusting air conditioners temperature so the room is not cool enough for our comfort even we asked someone to help to fix it. The bed is very comfortable. They only provide free water bottles no tea or coffee but do have mini bar.

The view from pool which 36th floors was so amazing!!
I joined the free Yoga class at 34th floor.
Also,get a beautiful experience there.

I had a great stay here. The hotel is right across the street from the beach. My room had a nice ocean view. There were many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I really liked the gym as it has an excellent view and a good amount of equipment.
The rooftop bar could have been better, especially compared to other hotels with similar rates.

We loved the breakfast. The pool was nice, but half of it was shaded. The gym and sauna were good. We had dinner at the Horizon bar. They had pizza on the menu, which we wanted to have, but they said they had run out of cheese, so they could not make pizzas. Didn't expect this from a Sheraton brand hotel. But we ordered other dishes and were not disappointed. The food quality was good, and they had a good selection of beers. The rooms were spacious with beach view, which was very nice. We could see the sunrise from our room window. We only wished they had given us a room on a higher floor since we booked very much in advance. The view would have been even better. The location was a little far from the beach restaurants, but the beach was just across the street, and that was very convenient. The staff attitude was very nice except for the reception staff, but it could be because they were very busy. The checkout was not very smooth. The bell boys took too long to come, so we had to bring down the luggage ourselves. Overall, we had a great time in this hotel
