Four Points by Sheraton Danang

The hotel's proximity to My Khe Beach (150 meters across the street) makes enjoying the sand and sea incredibly convenient. Located on the coastline near Son Tra Mountain, it's a delightful experience to explore Son Tra and Linh Ung Pagoda by electric scooter. The breakfast selection is extensive, covering almost all global cuisines, and is both delicious and natural. Hotel service is very responsive, and room cleaning is thorough. Although the rooftop pool is a bit small, it's clean, offers good views, and is very pleasant. The gym facilities are also quite comprehensive. The only slight drawback is the lack of complimentary self-service laundry and drying facilities. This is a very important amenity for travelers to regularly clean their clothes, and I hope it can be added.

The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, the environment was clean, and there were many restaurants nearby. The location was convenient, and it was easy to get a taxi. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed. My whole family was very satisfied.

This was a really great place to stay during my vacation! The water quality was surprisingly good; I brought a filter but didn't have to change it once in four days! The location is a bit awkward, but getting around with Grab is quick and easy, so no worries there. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was surprisingly decent! The birthday cake was a touching gesture. I'd definitely go back again, good good!

The hotel is very close to the beach and has 36 floors. There are a lot of foreigners, especially Koreans. During peak hours, you might have to wait a bit for the elevators. The front desk service was excellent, very thoughtful and attentive, and they even upgraded our room for free! 😁 The sea view room offers a generally great view, but be careful when taking photos on the balcony with your phone, as the street is directly below. Go early for breakfast; even outside of peak times, it's still quite crowded 😋. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but they have all the essentials, and the taste is pretty good. 🤗

The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. The view from the room was fantastic, and I had a very enjoyable time. All the amenities were provided, so I think even Japanese guests would feel comfortable staying here!

Extremely satisfied. The hotel facilities and staff service are top-notch. From the receptionists to the security personnel and cleaning staff, everyone was very friendly. I will definitely prioritize choosing Sheraton Hotel again next time.

The room was fine, but the service was terrible. They wouldn't let me check in at 3 PM, which is unprofessional. Isn't this supposed to be a five-star hotel? What a joke, haha! I really thought it would be a quality hotel, but I'm so disappointed.

Stayed for 4 nights, better than expected: The elevators worked fine, didn't have to wait as long as I thought; Breakfast was very rich, with special drinks and ice cream available every day; The air conditioning in the room was powerful, and there were multiple pillow options to choose from.
