Hotel was very old , we requested for 2cards due to we are group travel, but reception ask us to keep the card inside the room and when we back they will open the door for us, but when we back to hotel they already took out our card without asking us! And the aircond not working at all! Damn hot! At night 3am+- the toilet door and wardrobe door suddenly open and close itself 😨

I love how this hotel is super close to the beach. It was what I needed cause it was close to the linh pagoda, marble mountains and not even that far to Hai Van Pass. They motorbikes for rent too which is very recommended. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool closing at 6 pm 🤪 I stayed outside because I wanted to see the location with all the lights on but I was told they close the pool at 6 that’s why I gave amenities 4/5 but overall this is a very nice hotel! Although I thought I would be getting a room with a sea view but turns out my room didn’t even have windows.

Nice hotel in so tra in front of beach. No fitness center. Breakfast needs quality improvement.

Location - on the beach front with a lovely view but nothing we wanted to do or see was in walking distance. Had to get a taxi everywhere. When we checked in they told us the minifridge items cost money, but that the water bottles on the side were free. On checkout they charged us for the water now saying that only half the bottles were free. Breckfast was available but ran out 30 mins before the end time.

Food and view is nice. But i cannot tell its service is nice. I had one of the worst experience since i started travel ocerseas for 20 years.

I would give '0 star' if I could,due to safety issues. Safety first,no excuses!!! I was lodged on the 8th floor and one morning the 'fire alarm went off'. The guests and I went to the 'fire escapes' to evacuate the hotel but we couldn't because 'BOTH' the fire escaspes were blocked off. The alarm lasted for about 10 minutes and 'thank God' it was a false one,otherwise we would have not be able to evacuate the hotel...I had a look around to find out that not only the 8th floor had the fire escapes blocked,but also other floors!!!!!!There were beds stored on some of the floors landings as well as some shelving units used to store laundry items and clean bed linens.I highlighted these issues to the management who did nogthing to free the 'fire escapes' as a matter of fact few days later,upon checking out,I went back to check the blocked fire escapes and most of them were still blocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this the way they take care of safety??????????????????????????????? PS I have prooves to support my review.
