I stay at Valencia most of the time when coming to Danang. Satisfying with the fluency of the reception desk, the proper bed hardness, and the temperature of the shower, I recommend this hotel with a nice location.
I don''t complain of the TV which would be temporary situation.

Okay okay rooms. Line phone don't have a connect just dumy. Then no blanket. Air conditioner turn on night time.

The hotel staff are rude. When you call the hotel for assistance they answer phone and then instantly hang up the phone.
I have an urgent situation and the staff are totally unhelpful.

Your receptionist is very good employee she was so good that's why we enjoyed hotel, first we booked 2 queen beds but they forgot to leave us that room so instead of it they gave us 2 separate rooms without windows but poor receptionist did her best.

Excellent hotel for singles or couples. Fantastic location but more importantly friendly staff. Gave good recommendations to eat which is rare and went above and beyond to sort out my bus issues.
Nice big double bed. Properly cleaned and shower was warm. Fresh towels and sheets. Free water.
Didn't try the buffet breakfast.
But again staff went above and beyond to help out my travels. Can be hard being a foreigner but they looked after me like family.
Told them I'd be back if I'm danang just to see their smiles and hospitality.
