Good location! Bell boy service was really good, very enthusiastic guy. But didn’t like that the lift was very stuffy, lift lobby at our floor was not air conditioned. View of the river was so so. TV cable was not working, not a smart TV either. Otherwise, had a comfortable stay, love that the location is very near to Han market, walkable distance to 4P’s pizza place.

Strategic location in the town centre, the famous pink church is right opposite the hotel. Hotel is clean, the only downside is no iron in the room, have to pay quite the price to get their housekeeper to do ironing.

I picked this hotel specifically for the balcony. After a two-week trip to Hoi An, I stayed here for two nights. It rained heavily non-stop from check-in until check-out. With no umbrellas provided by the hotel, we ended up spending a lot of time in the room. Unfortunately, the refrigerator barely worked; ice-cold drinks I'd bought outside turned lukewarm after just an hour inside. It seems many hotels in Da Nang suffer from poorly functioning refrigerators, which always makes choosing accommodation a bit of a struggle. Breakfast was just average.

Location was really good and convenient. Staffs were very kind and helpful too. We stayed at two bedrooms Penthouse but the photos look much better so I was a little bit disappointed and it had limited view from the building in front. AC was quite strong even from 25 degree and it was a bit hard to control because AC started generating warm wind from 26 degree.

If you've visited Da Nang multiple times and aren't keen on hitting all the tourist spots, I highly recommend this place! It's just a 5-minute walk from Han Market, making it ideal if shopping is your main goal. You can fully enjoy Da Nang's main city area without needing to venture out to other tourist attractions. While first-time visitors could certainly stay here, I wouldn't give it an unconditional recommendation based solely on its facilities, which aren't spectacular. It's probably better suited for those who've been to Da Nang before. Breakfast was just so-so. As someone who's stayed at InterContinental Nha Trang, I found the special menu items to be decent, but the standard offerings were quite unremarkable, just enough to fill you up with one plate. If you're not particularly picky about food, it might be fine, but if you're even a little discerning, breakfast isn't its strong suit. You'd likely have a much better dining experience exploring the local eateries nearby. The facilities aren't outstanding, but they offer reasonable value for the price. You could compare it to a 50,000 KRW motel in Korea.

We stayed here as a group, and honestly, this hotel boasts the best location of any I've ever visited. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location is simply phenomenal! When we had to head out early in the morning, the Pho Bac Hai restaurant right next door was already open, and Han Market is a mere two-minute walk away! I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great 😆, very near to cafes, Han Market and the cathedral. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful especially Ha, who helped us a lot and recommended many local food to us👍. Though no varieties on breakfast but it is still acceptable. We would like to stay there again for our next Danang trip.

The room size was decent, and we really loved having a direct view of Da Nang's Pink Church from our window! All the staff were incredibly friendly, and although the laundry service came with a fee, we found it very useful. As for the downsides, the soundproofing wasn't great, and it's worth noting that the TV didn't support any other OTT streaming services. Also, I'd recommend bringing your own spare shower filter. Despite these minor points, the excellent location makes me think I'd likely stay here again.

The front desk staff on the first floor were incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service. They were particularly accommodating even when I arrived late due to an early morning flight. On my last day, I faced a tricky situation where I couldn't use Grab because of a fireworks festival. A staff member who spoke fluent Korean helped me find a way to the airport, ensuring I arrived on time. I was incredibly touched when they even assisted me in crossing the busy road safely in front of the hotel. Moreover, the hotel's location was fantastic, with attractions like the Pink Church, Han Market, Cong Cafe, numerous restaurants, and massage parlors all conveniently within walking distance, eliminating the need for Grab. If I visit Da Nang again, I would definitely choose this hotel.
