Minh Toan Safi Ocean Hotel is very nice and located at a very convenient location. It is just one road away from the beach and 20 mins away from the airport. The breakfest if very good, which serves western and asian/local foods.

Hotel seems beautiful. Second floor restaurant is beautiful. Rooms can be very dirty. Cups in the room had a powdery sticky white goo at the bottom, I’m very lucky I didn’t drink out of it. Strange stains on the carpet by the bed. Photos match the room, but photos make the room look much cleaner than the reality. Also WiFi has no password so not secure for your sensitive data. And WiFi was slow at times. Location is great and breakfast is great. That’s really the only thing I can praise about this hotel.

The room is specious and with stunning view. Staffs are kind and friendly. At late night the reception is no people standby however you may call them if need any assistance. Upstairs has bar but close at 9pm along with their room service, however nearby have many locals and fancy restaurants you can pick some.
