The employee at the counter is very nice. Gave us a deluxe room instead of a superior one. And he allowed us to check in early. There was no wi-fi on our floor. The floors are dirty. Breakfast is not worth the money.

Отель расположен примерно в 10-15 минутах ходьбы до пляжа, 20 минутах до ночного макета и моста дракона. Очень не плохая локация. К меня был номер 702 не большой, чистый с маленьким балконом и ванной. Каждый день убирались. Приветливый персонала. Горячая вода. Единственное что смущало очень плотно закрывающаяся дверь. Для того что бы её закрыть надо хлопнуть. И у соседей так же. В номере чай, чайник, кофе, стаканы.

After over 2 years of lockdown from the notorious Covid pandemic, we came to Da Nang again and staying at this hotel for 5 datys and 4 nights. The hotel has done some renovation, front desk receptionist are very friendly, especially one of their staffs Mr Max Lee; very proactive and helpful person. Other staffs are also very kind and helpful. The staffs up on 11th floor where they serve breakfast and lunch are friendly and those unable to speak English will use Google Translate to tell you what they can offer everyday (no breakfast buffet due to the pandemic is not yet over...). This hotel is another good choice for those interested to visit Da Nang for a short trip.
