A good, clean, and cozy little hotel in a non-touristy area. It has a small rooftop pool. There are plenty of places around to eat well and affordably :)

After staying in many rooms in Vietnam, I've noticed that 'balcony' often just means a big window. Try to avoid booking on weekends, as the prices are significantly higher than during the week. Also, the plumbing can be really noisy.

The hotel was ok, it was our 1st hotel in Da Nang, after a while we found much better hotels even cheaper. I liked the lobby only, it was pretty cosy. We asked for a room far from smoking area, and guess what we got?) They didn't do anything with it. Moreover there wasn't a regular air conditioning in the room, just a whole in the ceiling.
