The hotel located in a very good location. It is near Han Market, which is about 300 meters away. And the Chicken Church is just 50 meters from the Hotel.
About 200 meters to walk to the river side.
Beautiful view from the hotel to Han River. We can see the Dragon Bridge show at 9pm on Sat and Sun.
There are many restaurants, spa, coffee shoppes around.
The hotel has 24hrs stay policy, I can check out at 3pm if I checked in at 3pm on the previous day.
Truely good value stay.

Great location! Walkable distance to Han market. Was not impressed with the check in and check out process, reception was a small stall-like counter, but blocked by a big island table. Love the view from the room, can see dragon bridge from our room on 17th floor. Beds were clean and comfortable, but toilet is a bit too cosy for my preference. Bedside table came with type C charging points which is a super plus! Overall had a comfortable stay. Will recommend to others coming to da nang.

For the same price, I would rather book a hotel near My Khe Beach than this hotel. Then why did I book this hotel? I made the reservation in a hurry, and I didn’t know this hotel is so far away from the beach. You will have to take taxis.
Second, there is no swimming pool. I knew it when I was booking. I chose this hotel because breakfast buffet looked good. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and 5 breakfast buffets. Menus were almost identical, and I felt underwhelmed.
Yes, this hotel is near a cathedral and a market. But if you are not interested in those, take my advice. Get a hotel near beach for about the same price. I get a feeling that this hotel is overestimating itself.
