SSarahLMH21The hotel was very nice. The staff were very accommodating and it was located about 15 min walk from the beach. The area was quiet at night which was very ideal. We were enjoying our wedding anniversary and got a complementary cake which was nice. The only downside was that some of the light switches werenât working, but they were doing renovations in each room so thatâs understandable. It is not soundproof as I would wake up early in the morning to noise from kids and other people moving.
They have two swimming pools but jacuzzi doesnât work and gym is small. All in all, it was a good stay.

Love the design of the resort, thought we experienced some blockage of the shower drain, the staff managed to clear it the next day! The resort is big and can travel to other places by buggy or tram. The buffet breakfast in citron is a highlight of the trip! The spa is a must try too!

Check-in was seamless and welcoming. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel valued right from the start. They explained everything clearly and even provided a tour of the key facilities.
Our room was immaculate â spacious, thoughtfully designed with minimalist Japanese decor, and offered a splendid view that stretched across the coastline. The room felt open and calming, with large windows that invited natural light and allowed us to enjoy the scenery at any time of day. The traditional tatami mat flooring, sliding doors, and the deep soaking tub created an authentic ryokan-style experience, while still providing all the modern comforts like fast Wi-Fi, plush bedding, and a smart control panel.
The resortâs onsen (hot spring) was undoubtedly a highlight. The atmosphere was serene, and the facilities were spotless. Relaxing in the open-air hot springs while listening to the sound of the waves was truly a moment of pure peace and rejuvenation.
The water park and infinity pools added a fun and exciting element to our stay, especially for families and children. Everything was well-maintained and safe, with helpful staff always nearby.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the dining options. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese and international dishes, all prepared with care and quality ingredients. The Japanese restaurant on-site offered exquisite kaiseki-style meals â each dish was a work of art and a delight to the palate.

NNoddy the TravelerPerfect stay for people who want to chill and relax, and escape from hustle and bustle of the town. We stayed here for two nights, and the service is just perfect, showing the standard of what hospitality should be. They offered a free upgrade of rooms, which is very appreciated.
The hardware is good, as I think it is a very new hotels. Nice swimming pool, facilities for both kids and adults, and they offered yoga and stretching class for us. The restaurant is good, offering range of choices, and the price is reasonable given the environment and service standard.
Free shuttle bus service to Hoi An Ancient town and Danang downtown, plus the airport as well. This compensate its inconvenient location.

I am writing to share my experience during a two-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. While the overall ambiance of the resort is pleasant, there are a few areas that I believe require attention to enhance the guest experience.
The room facilities appeared outdated, which slightly detracted from the comfort we expected. On the second night, my husband and I experienced skin irritation while sleeping, which we initially thought was due to excessive sun exposure or dry skin. After showering and applying moisturizer, the itching persisted upon returning to bed. This occurred around 3 AM, and to avoid further disturbance, we used bathroom towels as bedding. The next morning, we noticed no further irritation, strongly suggesting an issue with the bed linens or bedding. Additionally, we observed visible stains on the pillows and some marks on the fabric sofa in the room, which added to our concerns about cleanliness.
Regarding dining, we visited two of the three breakfast restaurants. In one, we were seated at a fabric sofa that had noticeable stains from spilled food. I informed the waiter about the unhygienic condition, but with the restaurant being busy and limited seating available, I requested an extra napkin to place under me as a temporary solution. This experience was disappointing, as cleanliness in dining areas is crucial for guest comfort.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we believe addressing these issuesâparticularly the cleanliness of bedding and furnitureâwould greatly improve the guest experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

AAngelalafuwe arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery.
After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery.
My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming.
The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay.
The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it.
The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim.....
But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus.
Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.
