The place is quite in. Disconnected from the main city. The food is good. They have a beautiful beach connected to the property, which we can enjoy on the stay.

Location not so well. Facility outside is really fantastic especially for pets. Cottages are good but several maintenance issues. Restaurant food quality is mediocre. Restaurant service is pathetic. Landscaping is big +

It was a very pleasant stay at stonewater eco resort. Our room was facing the sea. Beach was beautiful with mountain and clouds at the horizon.

Avoid this place unless you are in a group or a couple. It is especially unsafe for women traveling alone or in pairs. We booked for a week and requested early check-in at 4 am, willing to pay extra, but they refused. Upon arrival, we were told to wait until 12 pm. We explored the property and found it deserted except for locals drinking and fishing at the beach, which is unsafe and rocky. At the reception, warned us it wasn’t safe for two women, so we decided to cancel. He agreed and asked us to wait for the receptionist, who assured us of a refund once the revenue manager approved it by 12:30 pm. We booked another stay and left. Later, informed us the hotel refused the cancellation. The hotel staff then ignored our calls, shouted at us, and even blocked our number. After a week of trying, we reached out from another number, only to be told they wouldn’t cancel or refund, even with cancellation charges. This was a horrible experience with no consideration, respect, or responsibility from the hotel. Just pathetic behavior all around. Avoid at all costs.

Location was good but very far away from the main roads. Peaceful and serene. Rooms were clean but had insects on the floor. Service was not prompt and had to remind a lot for it. No reminder for breakfast despite requesting for it as we came back from the beaches at early morning and went to sleep. But there was no call and we missed the breakfast. Otherwise the location ambience is really nice. Kitchen has very strict timings. Plan accordingly

Excellent property with good surroundings and neat and clean rooms. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Amazing location.
