Hotels in Daegu Central Area, Daegu

This hotel is in a lively area of Daegu, right next to the Yangnyeongsi market. There's a Haidilao and a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Dongseong-ro is nearby. However, you'll need to take the subway to get to Dongdaegu. Overall, I was very satisfied. Even though the hotel was busy every day, breakfast was never an issue; there were always plenty of seats. They had sukiyaki beef and radish beef soup, which was quite a good spread. The room was spacious enough to open three suitcases without a problem. My only minor complaint is that the air conditioning was very strong and made me feel a bit dizzy. Remember that hotels in Korea typically don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so bring your own.

It was very clean and the location was great, and I would definitely stay there again if I ever visit Daegu again.

I've stayed in multiple Brown Dot hotels from Songtan to Busan and now here in Daegu. This is probably the nicest one of them all so far! Love the old brick style and the decor to go with it. The location is great as it's right in the city. Walking distance from a Korean-styled Starbucks that's very popular. This is the first time I've ever used a Kiosk to check-in and out which was very convenient with an English option. I must say that the check-in time is probably the latest I've ever experienced which is 5pm, but I was able to leave my luggage in the dining area with no issue then come back. Definitely might try to stay here again if I come back and the price was great as I'm a Diamond Tier Trip.com user so it was only $56 including tax

The location of the hotel is great and there are plenty of eateries and shops around the area. Definitely ask the staff for (food) recommendation(s), as we had the best food recommend to us by the hotel staff. The sound isolation is also good, so while the hotel is located in a busy street, it was nice to be able to quietly sleep and rest after a full day of walking around and exploring Daegu.

The location was perfect. It was conveniently located in the bustling Dongseong-ro area. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, and the simple breakfast and dinner were also available, which was nice. However, the living room was extremely cold—the heating wasn't working well—and the bathroom drain was clogged, so water would pool on the bathroom floor after everyone showered both days, which was uncomfortable. Still, everyone had a great time, and as a regular visitor to Daegu, I think I'll stay here again because it has so many positives. :)

The hotel service was excellent; staff always greeted us when we passed by and left. We were also able to store our luggage after check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had a large TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. The mattress was comfy, and each person was provided with two pillows. The bathroom was also very large. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but the variety of food was just average. The hotel is located in the heart of Daegu, directly opposite a large Olive Young store. The commercial street and restaurants are all concentrated in this area. If I visit Daegu again, I would definitely stay here.

The window in the first room I was assigned on the second floor was broken and wouldn't lock. The owner did move me to a different room on the first floor, but the lighting was so dim that it was difficult to read or write notes. I couldn't properly check the cleanliness of the bed and felt uneasy, so I ended up sleeping on a large towel. The bathroom, perhaps due to its interior design, had mold, and it was hard to adjust the shower water temperature (turning it towards hot would make the water extremely hot). There was a bit of a chill, making it feel like showering in an old detached house's bathroom. ^^;

The breakfast offered a delicious selection of Korean and international dishes, which was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. The dining area was cozy and well-maintained. Hotel Noblestay offers fantastic value for its central location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations. Whether you’re visiting Seoul for leisure or business, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!
