The atmosphere was great, the price was good, and overall it was a pleasant stay, but there was one minor disappointment and one really frustrating issue. The disappointment: Unlike most other hotels, there were only three towels, and no shower towels at all. Don't most places usually provide two small towels and two large ones? The frustrating part: The light switch for the living room light was broken, so it wouldn't turn off. This meant I had to sleep with the light on all night. When I tried to call the front desk in the early morning to get it fixed, no one answered. And when I went to the front desk the next day to complain, there was no one there either... Be careful.

The service and location are great. The staff are friendly and it's close to Seongsimdang, which is nice. However, the cleanliness and hygiene are very disappointing. I changed rooms several times due to room issues, but there was dust, hair, and bugs in the room. The biggest problem is the bathtub. I booked this hotel because of the bathtub, but the bathtub was so poorly maintained and looked like it had mold, so I asked Chetjipitty and found out, but it seemed unusable, so it's a shame that I couldn't use the bathtub healing. If it's difficult to maintain, it seems better to change it to a regular bathtub...

The location is great because it is near Seongsimdang. The facilities are good and the price is reasonable. It is also good because there is a bathtub. I think I made a good reservation, so I am satisfied.

The location is excellent, right on Sky Road. The room is Japanese-style, with kimono robes and wooden slippers. You sleep on a low platform rather than on the floor. There are no closets, but the room has four sections: a large bedroom, a large Asian-style shower/toilet with a wet floor (no shower stall, but with decent medium-sized tiles), a decent hallway with plenty of space for suitcases, and a small corridor for shoes at the entrance. Not all the lighting worked properly, and the condition of the walls, floors, and furniture wasn't shabby, but it showed signs of wear. All the positives are outweighed by one thing: I found a few hairs on the bed, and the mattress pad was askew under the sheets, suggesting it hadn't been remade. We slept in our clothes, put towels on our pillows, and quickly moved out in the morning. After analyzing my observations, I came to the conclusion that during the day, the rooms are used hourly for quick romantic encounters. Therefore, check-in is only at 8:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is confirmed by the set of combs in the room, the free toothbrush and toothpaste, which are no longer available in normal Korean hotels. And the icing on the cake: free condoms in the lobby. The view from the window onto the wall of the neighboring building is a small thing. I'll never set foot here again.

The boss treats customers like that. The customer is upset and complains, so he does the same thing. What did he say? Did I call him to collect the parking fee in the first place? Please speak nicely... Trip.com is not your business, so are you really the owner of that facility? I don't know, you should do whatever you want. If you're going to do that, you should just not answer the phone. It's really annoying. I'm surprised that there's a place like this in a hotel.

It's close to Seongsimdang and not bad for moving around.. Hotel no no.. Motel yes...

The cleaning conditions are filthy!!!! The facilities are old.

There is a place to stay near Seongsim Church, and it was really nice because it even had a refrigerator to store Seongsim Church bread^^
