地理位置離西門近，門口有接駁車去景區，很方便！但是早餐選擇少，接待處電話總是打不通！其他不錯 去景區全是很方便！！

杜鵑花很漂亮，酒店一般般，樓下大廳就是集散中心，方便之餘多了一些嘈雜。早餐比較隨意，品種不多，可能是接團隊的那種早餐標準吧。酒店沒拍照，內存都留給杜鵑花了。

百里杜鵑號稱是地球上的一條彩帶，令人嚮往。花冠酒店外觀是富麗堂皇，心中寄予厚望，希望給家人一個驚喜，連續訂了兩個晚上4/4~4/5。後來得知花冠酒店距離黔西高鐵有59 公里之遠 ，要在4/6趕得上09：45 開的高鐵有困難，花冠酒店是有08：30 開往黔西站的交通車，但是來不及，打聽一下出租車，車資300元，還不一定能成行。後來資訊站？給我們建議提早在4/5晚上就入住黔西站附近比較妥當，再問一下前台美女， 說在4/5 中午12點以前可以辦理退房，我們也趕辦完成4/5退房手續。後來被告知變成不可退房，4/5早上10 點進入景區再轉金坡景區，等出景區是下午的19：20，算一算等於有7個小時在等車或換車，雙雙落空掉出賞花興緻的預期！

晚上夜深人靜的時候樓道里吵了很久，影響客人休息。
酒店衞生間排氣扇可能有問題，如果在衞生間大便，滿屋臭氣熏天，噁心至極。這是極不能容忍的情況。
大堂因為與遊客集散地共用，雖然很吵，但方便是本酒店的優勢。

差評！
一套二房間很大，兩房都有廳和房，空間來説都很滿
意，但衞生不好～被子有臭味，沖涼房漏水，整個洗
手間都成了水池；晚上有卡拉OK唱歌的12點多了都還
在唱。
絕對差評！
