客房打掃阿姨服務比較友善
前台和客房都有待提高，我定了2晚 但是客房部和前台沒有溝通 都是反複電話詢問 時間到了為什麼沒有來辦理退房？這點我比較疑惑的！現在不是都有數據和後台顯示的嗎！需要反覆多次確認消息嗎！

提前在網上訂了房，軟件上還能看到入住確認函呢，到了酒店，前台工作人員非説是訂單被我取消了，不能辦理入住，然後查半天，找不出原因來。沒問題，我為了節約時間，當場提出重新再網上訂一間，把先前的訂單取消，結果説是我取消的訂單，是剛剛訂的那個單子，給我整一個大無語，那我再來一次退款，我看你怎麼辦，最後説是系統故障，整個一大無語，本來是外出散心旅遊的，吃飯時給我打電話就算了，都説了稍晚些會到前台處理，結果晚上看電影，前台又給我打電話，拒接了三次，一天的好心情快全整沒了，還好朋友的情緒沒受影響。
另外，吹風機臟兮兮，電視真的衹能看電視，不能連網，貧瘠的一些電影、電視劇還要付費，還不能投屏！！！感覺還不如住在普通的連鎖酒店體驗好呢

拜託，常用的家電定期維護清理下可以嗎，吹風機手柄黏糊糊的，粘了很多灰塵，進風口都快被絮狀物堵死了，這讓頭髮長有潔癖的人看到了，還怎麼敢用？不衹是我這一間房的，應該是通病。

國慶入住北苑酒店，辦理入住時前台小姐姐迅速效率很高，大堂黃書琪也服務貼心！貼心給寶寶拿了小童牙刷和拖鞋，其次酒店的硬件設施和軟件設施都很好，床墊很軟很舒服，還有產品也很好，而且配了蕎麥枕和乳膠枕兩種枕頭供客户選擇，真的很棒！

強推這家酒店，這不僅僅是性價比高了，是出乎意料了😂房間面積很大，很乾凈，配套也很完善，服務人員都很熱情，有自己的餐飲部，用餐也很方便，離荷蘭花海也很近，每年都會回大豐幾次，下次就認準這家了！
