這家民宿還是挺不錯的，靠沙灘，早上能看到漲潮 落潮，民宿的旁邊有個巷子，巷子裏風很大，非常舒服，房間窗户對着大海，很漂亮！

此次入住觀海聽濤民宿，真的是一場驚喜之旅！一踏入房間，豪華感與整潔度撲面而來，精緻的軟裝、一塵不染的環境，讓疲憊瞬間消散，舒適度直接拉滿。王老闆老闆娘熱情好客，那真誠的笑容比美景還動人，有任何需求都能迅速幫解決。房內設施更是一應俱全，從智能家電到貼心小物件，應有盡有。而且民宿離海灘邊很近，離觀音寺開車十幾千鍾，遊玩超便捷，下次還來多住幾天！

民宿的設施雖然普通，但是很乾凈！出了點小問題，但也立刻解決了！民宿在村子的第二排，但是還是能看到海景！老闆很熱情！早就聽説老闆娘的廚藝很好！可惜這段時間太忙，他們不接餐飲！

臨時做的計劃路過衢山島去轉一下，網上流覽了一下詳細訊息，建議住涼峙，因時間緊才安排了一晚。民宿位置不錯，面積夠大👍樸實直爽的兩夫妻👍沒有噱頭，老闆娘給做的飯，家常菜好好吃（價格又實惠）我倆在家平時基本不吃米飯的（拒碳水）吃了滿滿二大碗😀民宿雖然沒有經過專業公司精心設計，但衞生搞的卻是乾淨👍適合團建，周邊跑步鍛練環境優美舒適。下次一定要多住幾天

陽台就正對着沙灘，現在陽台上看海浪和吹海風，不錯的感受。老闆和老闆娘人非常好，而且早餐也好吃，平時不愛喝粥的人，幹了兩碗！而且關於旅遊的問題去諮詢老闆和老闆娘，他們都會詳細介紹，避免踩坑。而且距離停車場超級近！好附民宿所在地夜景圖，簡直太美了！

雖然不會打麻將，但是定了麻將房。房間很乾凈，老闆和老闆娘很熱情。後面有個洗衣房，可以自己洗衣服。去海灘很方便。很喜歡衢山島。

就在沙灘邊，離風車觀景平台很近。飯菜好吃、海鮮麪美味，房間乾淨，老闆娘體貼的提前打好空調。老闆喜歡聊天，分享怎麼挑螃蟹、帶魚。非常好的體驗。
