Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean! Environment: Great air quality, and the sea view room is a big plus! 👍 Service: The service was excellent. The owner proactively helped us carry our luggage to the room. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and the soy milk was great.

A place where you can watch the sunrise over Erhai Lake, and parking right downstairs is super convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, and disposable bath towels and towels are provided daily. The owner is really friendly; we had booked two different room types on separate floors, which wasn't ideal, so they proactively upgraded one room for free.

The hotel is right next to the ecological corridor, so you can see Erhai Lake as soon as you open the door. The hotel staff, especially the young man, was very handsome and attentive. He contacted us in advance to inform us about the hotel's location and transportation options, and actively helped us with our luggage upon arrival. All in all, I felt that every detail was handled with great care by the management. Very satisfied!

The owner was really welcoming! I went during the off-season, and they even upgraded my room. I could lie in bed and look directly at Erhai Lake. The environment was great, and it was super convenient for touring Erhai Lake.

I chose Haiyi mainly for its location and ratings, and staying here truly put my mind at ease. You take your shoes off upon entering, and the floors are spotless, so I felt comfortable walking barefoot. The bathroom floor was clean, no mold in the corners, and the wet/dry separation worked perfectly with no clogged drains – the water drained quickly. The mattress in the room was just right, not too soft or too hard, and I didn't hear a sound when turning over, allowing me to sleep in naturally both days. Both the room and afternoon tea came with disposable cups, which was reassuring to use. It's close to the popular S-bend at Cai Village Pier, which is convenient. Overall, the cleanliness and facilities are well worth the price. Five stars!
