The hotel is located at the entrance to the old town and very convenient to access the surrounding as well. Service is excellent and breakfast is delicious. Would certainly stay there again in my future trip to Dali

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect; just turn right outside and you're in the Old Town. The hotel is very new, and we booked four rooms, all of which were spacious with thoughtful design details. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

The location is not bad as a couple of halal food places can be found within walking distance. The surrounding area is also quite nice and picturesque. You can rent car or motorbike near the hotel and a few local tour agencies nearby. The room is very spacious and clean. There's bidet in the toilet which was great. The service is great too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff and the private car service provided by the hotel are both scams. They'll take you shopping and give you a different menu for lunch, then take you to deserted places! Be careful! It's such a rip-off! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

There was a complimentary pick up from the train station to the hotel. The hotel compound was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. We really loved the setting in the room. There is a roof top with great views, breakfast was good. We noticed that the reception counter was not staffed all the time but they are contactable via WeChat. There was no staff at the reception while we arrived and we waited for a while. We were also given a gift by the hotel staff as we checked out. Hotel location is excellent! Recommended.

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! They upgraded our room for free for our three-night stay. The rice noodles for breakfast were also delicious. The hotel is right by the South Gate of the ancient city, which makes getting around super convenient. You can explore the old town anytime you like!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the South Gate of Dali Ancient City, making it super easy to get in and out. There are tons of dining options nearby. The private parking lot is a huge plus for self-driving tourists. Our room was spacious, clean, and the amenities were all high quality. For breakfast, you can request your preferred items in advance and have them delivered directly to your room, which is great for enjoying a meal without even leaving! We opted to eat in the second-floor restaurant and enjoyed breakfast with a beautiful view of Cangshan Mountain. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, new rooms, excellent facilities, a great environment, and top-notch service. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Dali Ancient City!

Facilities: Very complete. Hot water for showers is instantly available and very comfortable. They provide disposable towels and toilet seat covers, plus a humidifier. Breakfast is delicious, and there's daily afternoon tea and a late-night dessert soup service delivered to your room. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Excellent, the courtyard is beautiful. Service: Outstanding and very attentive.

The lady checking us in was impatient. We were trying to arrange muslim-friendly meal for our family and took a little more time to clarify. She was unhappy, and that was rather frustrating for the price we paid for a "5-star" hotel. On top of that, our room doesn't come with a heated toilet seat and it was uncomfortable sitting on it during cold weather. I wouldn't be coming back for this hotel. Its just not worth it for the price I paid.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pleasant Stay at Mengjing Yayuan Hotel, Dali We had an enjoyable one-night stay at Mengjing Yayuan Hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the customer service was excellent — the staff were attentive and quick to respond to our requests. The only area that could be improved is the air-conditioning system, which is centrally controlled and doesn’t allow individual temperature adjustment. The central setting was 25°C, which felt a bit warm at first, though it became comfortable by dawn. The staff were very accommodating and provided a stand-alone unit to make our stay more comfortable. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we appreciate the great service.

This guesthouse was fantastic! My entire stay was incredibly pleasant and worry-free. The housekeepers were all so gentle and enthusiastic. I absolutely loved the room's decor; it was very simple and fresh. All the facilities were well-equipped, and the hygiene was meticulously maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the hotel's location right at the South Gate of Dali Ancient City made going out to shop incredibly convenient. It was a very satisfying stay! 💙

The location is very convenient and located close to South Gate of the ancient town. The service of the staff at the front desk, dining and room service was impressive, especially Xiao Zhou, Xiao Yu and Xiao Liu. Very friendly, helpful, thoughtful in all areas. The breakfast was also very impressive and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Dali. The rooms were clean and beautiful too, especially rooftop for IG style photos.

Excellent hotel with superb staffs, impeccable cleanliness, great room layout and good location. The stay was wonderful from the beginning to the end. We booked Mengjing at the very last min n the staff Xiaozhou arranged a transport to pick us up from another hotel to bring us over. She tried her best to arrange the rooms for us based on our requirements as we have old folks with us. Show us how to get to the travel centre and arranged a didi for us. Xiaozhou and her colleagues took care of our laundry and all requests promptly without any fuss. They even took great care of our 3 old folks who continued to stay there when we left for another city. Really appreciate and grateful to the hotel staffs for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Their kindness, especially towards our elderly family made our stay extra special and feel right at home. Heartfelt thanks to Xiaozhou and team.
