The room was clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The owner was friendly and welcoming. If you love sea view rooms, book this one without hesitation – you'll feel like you could just relax and gaze out all day.

The location is excellent, facing Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. The service is attentive and thoughtful. There's a parking lot downstairs, making it convenient for getting around. It's also next to Wenbi Village Scenic Area, which is a great spot to watch the sunset.

The hotel is perched on a cliff, so there's a flight of stairs to get up to it. Luckily, a hotel staff member came down to meet me beforehand and helped with my luggage. The scenery is absolutely stunning! You can watch both the sunset and the sunrise from the hotel, with the morning sun illuminating the Cangshan mountains across the way. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room is very spacious. We connected to the sound system and played some music, which was really romantic. I initially thought this area would be difficult to get a taxi from because it seemed quite remote, but surprisingly it was super easy to hail one. Driving is definitely more convenient on the Haidong side, otherwise, everything is quite a distance away. Other than being a bit pricey, there are no faults at all, haha – though that's mainly because I'm on a budget!

Xiangyun was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during this trip. The room was spacious, with stunning views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake right before our eyes. Plus, there was a huge bathtub 🛁 – soaking in it while watching the sunset 🌄 was pure bliss! The hotel service was excellent, and the photographer took beautiful pictures 🤩. I'll definitely come back next time... Highly recommended!

Environment: The scenery is absolutely stunning, perfect for watching the sunset. Facilities: The room facilities are high-end, with Harman Kardon audio and Hansgrohe sanitary ware. There's also a washing machine in the room, great for those with high quality standards. Service: The butler service was attentive and enthusiastic. Breakfast was also very generous.

Loved the spacious room and the white-themed decor. The smart voice control for the entire room was super convenient. The staff at the guesthouse were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. They even offered to assist with our luggage when we arrived and departed. The bathtub came with a disposable liner, and there were also disposable face towels. A humidifier was provided in the room, which is a real lifesaver in Yunnan. Overall, I had a very relaxing holiday.

I found the soul of Dali in Wenbi Village. The semi-mountain view is unbeatable, with Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake right outside the window. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from bed, and the gentle sea breeze cures all fatigue. The room is clean and stylish, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the public areas are perfect for stunning photos. It's a quiet retreat, the best sea-view hotel in Dali if you want to see the sea. I'll definitely be back.

This is probably the best hotel in Wenbi Village in terms of scenic views. The room was actually bigger and more beautiful than the pictures! The staff, both male and female, were all very nice, and the hotel's facilities were absolutely fantastic. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the most beautiful photo spot on Rainbow Road, and there are also popular influencer cafes nearby. You can even feed seagulls right downstairs! All in all, if you're coming to Wenbi Village, you can't go wrong with choosing this place. ☺️
