Dali Luchun Garden Hotel

The hotel environment is great, and the butler service is excellent, always catering to our needs. The garden is exquisite, with beautiful succulent plants. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station and Dali Ancient City, which is very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The only suggestion I have is about breakfast. I personally feel that it's not ideal to be asked how my stay is going right when I'm eating breakfast. In the morning, I'm either not fully awake yet or rushing to get out for my itinerary, so I don't like being asked for feedback so early. I think it would be more appropriate to ask guests when they are waiting for a car or at other times when they are entering or leaving the hotel. Overall, choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision!👍

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel's location, right next to Cangshan Mountain, is beautiful. Dali University is also right next door, which made finding food super convenient. The hotel itself was very clean. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This was the best hotel experience we had during our trip to Dali. My child actually picked it, and I have to say, they have excellent taste! The service started right from the parking lot. After we parked, we spotted a prominent luggage service button 🔘. We pressed it, and in less than a minute, three hotel staff members arrived to help with our bags. They were incredibly friendly and natural in their communication. On the way to our room, they introduced the hotel facilities and explained check-in procedures. The entire process, right up to our room, showed that the staff were very well-trained and professional. 👍 The welcome fruit was very fresh. We didn't make it to breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been good. They offer a free shuttle service to Dali Ancient City, and the flower cakes they gave us when we checked out were freshly baked by the hotel and delicious. Honestly, every detail reflected the hotel's thoughtfulness and quality. The only minor thing was that the showerhead in the bathroom had some limescale which slightly affected the overall impression. Next time we visit Dali, we'll definitely be staying at Luchun again!

This hotel boasts an amazing location, right next to Dali Ancient City, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring – definitely a five-star establishment! A special shout-out to our butler, Chuyi, for her incredibly thoughtful and meticulous service. From the moment we booked, she followed up constantly and patiently answered all our questions, making for an excellent stay. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Dali. The hotel is beautifully built into the mountainside, with a charming, staggered design. From arrival to departure, the staff were always on hand to help with luggage. The service was truly attentive. When we left, there was a heavy downpour, and taxis were hard to come by. We spoke to the butler on a whim to see if they could help us find a car, and to our surprise, even staff members who weren't busy pitched in to help us call, find, and arrange a car. It was incredibly heartwarming! This will definitely be our first choice for future trips to Dali.

Traveling to Dali with my family, this hotel truly lives up to its 'garden family-friendly' reputation. There were many kids and the garden was beautiful. The butler service was excellent, providing toiletries for the children. Butler Chu Yi even brought warm milk every day. They also arranged a free airport pickup, which was very convenient. The kids loved the milk. Highly recommend this stay!
