Just checked out and wanted to leave a glowing review while it's fresh in my mind. Our family of three stayed in the 280 sqm private hot spring villa, and the space was incredibly generous! It was our first time staying in such a huge hotel, and it was so comfortable; our child had a blast running around the room. What we loved most was the private hot spring in the courtyard. Using the hot spring bathing set, soaking in the warm water melted all the fatigue from our journey away. The room facilities were very new, the bedding was comfortable, and the rice noodles at breakfast were delicious too. The butler service was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs; we just had to contact them directly for anything. The security guard at the entrance even helped bring our takeaways to the room. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing place in Dali, this would be an excellent choice.

This hotel was the most comfortable we stayed at during our Yunnan trip with our dog. We booked a private hot spring villa, which was a truly independent house with its own courtyard. The house was completely self-contained within the yard, separated by courtyard walls, and the sliding glass doors offered great soundproofing, ensuring excellent privacy. The hotel is located at the north gate of the ancient town, but the complex itself is very quiet and not affected by outside tourists. The landscaping is beautiful, and we could see Cangshan Mountain right from our room in the morning. The front desk ladies provided excellent service. The butler's WeChat messages were mostly handled by the front desk, and they were always prompt in responding and quickly addressing guests' needs. When checking out, I accidentally left my ring in the room. The cleaning lady immediately contacted the front desk, and the security guard quickly retrieved it from the room and brought it to me. I'm very grateful! The hot spring in the courtyard was comfortable, but the only drawback is that the housekeeping service needs better training. On the first day, we filled the hot tub ourselves, and the butler arranged for the housekeeping auntie to bring us herbal bath sachets, bath salts, snacks, drinks, and towels. On the second day, before we used the hot spring, the housekeeping auntie filled the water and was about to leave. We asked her if the hot spring amenities weren't prepared, and she actually asked us, "Do you want to use them?" We were speechless. We then asked her about the hot spring towels, and she said, "Aren't there towels in the bathroom? You can go and get them yourselves." We don't know why she was in such a hurry to leave. If she was afraid of dogs, my dog was kept in the room and wouldn't have bothered her at all.
