As first timers to Dali who did not plan too much, we were a little concerned about how we would be spending the our time there. However, the Team did an excellent job making us feel so welcomed and taken care of that we did not have to worry one bit. All their recommendations were top notch, truly making our trip! As for the experience, the team were so attentive to us - allowing us to check in early, providing tea, delicious coffee and even a night time dessert/drink. Breakfast is to die for as well! We will definitely be coming back and recommending friends to stay here as well!

This is my third year in Dali, and my third time staying at Xishan. For me, it means two words: home!
Service: It is still the familiar housekeeper Sister Pu and Brother Qin, and the new Brother Wang. It is a pity that I did not see Xiaoqian this time. I hope to see her again next time! Every time I come to Xishan, I feel at home~ The breakfast made by Sister Pu, Brother Wang and Brother Qin is really delicious! Sister Pu's French toast is really delicious! I ate a whole one in one breath!
Environment: My old friend also upgraded the room type for me. This time I stayed in Suxiang. The room is very large, with a terrace, a bathtub for bathing, welcome fruits, and daily good night desserts. The Tremella soup made by Brother Qin is really delicious! The experience is really full!
Hygiene: The hygiene is very good and clean. The cleaning sister is very serious every day. Good reviews!
Facilities: There are Marshall speakers in the room, and the hair dryer is Dyson. The equipment is very complete. Anyway, I am tired!
Pick up/drop off: Very considerate to provide me with airport pick up and drop off service, the whole service is in place!
