Pullman Dali

Excellent hotels truly don't need promotions or special offers! Pullman Dali Hotel is absolutely fantastic! Firstly, the location is superb. It's about a 30-minute drive from both the airport and the hotel itself. Right across the street from the hotel is Dali Port, making it incredibly convenient to catch a cruise on Erhai Lake, with perfectly timed departures! Secondly, the hotel facilities and rooms are also top-notch. The room's temperature and humidity control, the toilet (which I absolutely loved!), the double vanity, and the luxurious large bathtub were all incredibly comfortable and convenient! Turndown service was provided every night. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and colorful, offering a great selection of Chinese, Western, and Yunnan dishes. It can get a bit crowded, but if you avoid peak breakfast times, you can enjoy your meal with a beautiful view of Erhai Lake. Finally, the most commendable aspect was the thoughtful and patient service from our butler, who resolved all our issues. Thank you to our little butler! We will definitely be back.

The service was exceptional, making us feel right at home. We received complimentary welcome fruits. Every staff member was dedicated and professional. The swimming pool and gym facilities were fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is absolutely superb, right on the south shore of Erhai Lake with a stunning, unobstructed view of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You get to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets – the view is simply incredible. The room itself is spacious and elegant, blending modern design with traditional Bai ethnic elements. The facilities are brand new and smart, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep every night. I especially want to praise the service! Before check-in, Mary was incredibly helpful and attentive, arranging our room perfectly on the first day. Her responses were prompt and thoughtful. Throughout our stay, Angel was genuinely warm and attentive, always there to assist with anything we needed, paying attention to every little detail. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The Natai Restaurant serves authentic Thai cuisine, and the infinity pool and Starry Sky Bar are perfect for amazing photos. The transportation is also very convenient, being close to both the high-speed train station and the airport, making travel hassle-free. Dali in May has delightful weather, and Pullman made our trip even more perfect. I highly recommend it; we'll definitely stay here again next time!

The butler service was excellent! It made traveling with two families so much easier. For family trips, choosing a hotel is definitely more suitable. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and ordering takeout is super convenient, with robot delivery right to your room.

Had a great stay here. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent. Domi provided warm and attentive service, and the front desk staff were also very helpful.

Great location, it's always better to stay in a hotel when traveling, as guesthouses just can't match the amenities. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool was perfect for kids. Tsuki was very welcoming. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I consider the Pullman a solid five-star hotel. Everything was great, and the room had a fantastic view, looking directly onto Dali Port Wharf. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating to all requests. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable, even in all the hidden corners. The room was quiet and the breakfast was superb! If I return to Dali, I'll definitely choose the Pullman again!

The location is right opposite Dali Port, which is great, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. It was raining continuously in Dali, but the room was clean and spacious, and they even had a Nespresso machine. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and the rooftop bar offered excellent views.
