Overall, I'm very satisfied with this newly renovated hotel. The ambiance and views are fantastic, and it's really quiet at night. Right downstairs, you can find electric scooters to rent by scanning a QR code. There aren't many dining options nearby, so we decided to eat at the hotel. I have to say, the chef's food was totally to my taste! I had the stir-fried beef twice, and the stir-fried porcini mushrooms with ham was also excellent. This hotel is run by a mother and daughter who are actually from my hometown! They are both incredibly nice, and the hotel's washing machine is super clean – you can use it with confidence. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Dali. 😊😊 Oh, and the rice noodles for breakfast were also delicious, haha!

Hands down the best guesthouse experience I've had. I originally planned to stay just one night and then move on to Xizhou, but I was so captivated by the beautiful scenery of Panxi S-Bay, the village's convenient location, and the owner's warm hospitality, that I decided to extend my stay for another night. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was brand new. The guesthouse is about 100 meters from the S-Bay Corridor, and you can easily access the nearby rice paddies for photos. From my second-floor room, Cangshan Mountain was visible right outside the window. The Hui owner was incredibly warm and attentive – truly a beautiful person with a kind heart. The handmade brown sugar steamed buns for breakfast were delightfully soft, chewy, and sweet. In the evenings, they even provided a complimentary BBQ grill...

After breakfast, go downstairs to the place where you can rent electric cars. You can ride along the corridor to S Bay, Panxi S Bay, Xizhou Ancient Town, Haishe Park, Cai Village, and Longkan Wharf. But please note that this location is in the middle of Longkan Wharf and S-bend, so you may need to go back. Also, because it is quiet, it is not convenient for shopping, there are not many places to eat, and there are not many cars at night, so consider according to your needs.

The beach is just a two-step walk downstairs. We rented bikes and leisurely cycled to S Bay for photos, then headed right back to the guesthouse for afternoon tea. The second-floor terrace directly overlooks a large green expanse, perfect for sitting down with tea and snacks, shutting out all the noise. All that's left is the mountains, sea, greenery, and a sense of relaxation – this is truly the right way to experience Dali! ✅
