親子套房樓上樓下各一張床，適合我們一家四口。服務不錯但是酒店新裝修，房間沒有通風的窗户，還是有點味道。酒店內就可以看到企鵝，買的套票去海洋館很方便。

房間隔音確實不太好，但是酒店的企鵝確實很不錯，大人孩子都喜歡，小朋友看見企鵝很興奮也能理解，衹是希望酒店改進一下隔音。房間雖然有窗户，但是打開也是透不了外面的空氣，還隔着玻璃幕牆，而且很臭，應該是企鵝的味道，所以有沒有窗户意義不大了，衹是個人接受不了屋裡全黑的無窗房。酒店大堂和樓道放了香薰，很好聞，沒有之前評論裏説的企鵝便便的臭味了，有改進。早餐不錯，種類不多，都是適合孩子的口味，菜也不油不鹹，挺好的，住一晚體驗一下就可以了。

環境還不錯，房間不是很大，早餐較為豐富，在房間走廊就能看企鵝游泳，還有企鵝孵蛋，看聖亞海洋館、極地館等四館方便，唯一就是價格比較高

房子挺好，有魚的房間，孩子喜歡，出門外面就是企鵝，五個館離得不遠，裏面有個厲害塔進不去，所以僅剩餘4 館，總體體驗很好

我買的是企鵝酒店的套餐，真的是太香了，包含兩大一小兩天無限次入園（景區門票都是一次性的，衹能進館一次），重點入園是走VIP快捷通道，觀看海獅海鯨表演有VIP坐席，非常適合帶小朋友都家庭，酒店還有專屬通道到達海洋館，入園很方便，隨時可以回酒店休息。其次就是酒店走廊就可以隔着玻璃近距離觀看企鵝，性價比拉滿。工作人員服務態度很好，耐心解答，唯一需要進步的就是早餐品種多一點。

非常好的酒店，特別適合帶孩子家庭，酒店裡可以看企鵝，小盆友興奮的蹦蹦跳跳。酒店服務也很好。最重要的是離聖亞海洋時間非常近。

聖亞企鵝主打就是在酒店裡隨時看企鵝，下樓就是海洋世界，酒店+門票+VIP坐席➕優速通✌️這次入住，體驗感超讚，房間裏有水族箱，小帳篷，超適合小朋友。寶貝出房間就能看到企鵝們，覺兒都捨不得睡，自助早餐也很豐富，有可萌的企鵝奶黃包。尤其要感謝前台孫先生的周到優質服務，職業操守五顆星⭐️😃

☝️酒店很適合小朋友，與海洋館的企鵝館相連，推開房間門就能看到憨態可掬的企鵝，小朋友很興奮。
💙講一下房型，有窗户的沒魚缸，有魚缸的沒窗户，這次我們住的沒有窗户，但不悶，沒什麼感覺。整體不錯，屬於小朋友來説是比較特別的體驗。
🔺給大家一些參考，評論都提到了-氣味：在走廊裏是有些味道的，也能感覺到酒店也想用香味掩蓋動物的味道，雖然沒有很明顯，但仔細聞是能聞出來的，所以，非常非常介意的，慎入。房間是沒有味道的，主要是在走廊外面
