This hotel truly exceeded my expectations on this trip! From the warm welcome call after booking to checking out, every step of the way, I experienced incredibly thoughtful service. I simply have to rave about it! As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, the concierge enthusiastically came over to help with our luggage, and their genuine smile instantly melted away all the travel fatigue. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff patiently introduced the hotel's facilities and local attractions. They even proactively asked about our preferences and offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly thoughtful! Walking into the room was a delight; it was impeccably clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable with no strange odors, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. Pulling back the curtains revealed a beautiful city night view, instantly alleviating all my weariness. The room facilities were also excellent, with a thermostatic shower, high-speed WiFi, and an HD TV all readily available. The toiletries were from French brand Atelier Cologne, with a fresh and elegant scent, and the quality was on par with high-end brands. The hotel's breakfast also deserves special mention. The variety was extensive, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. Fresh fruits, freshly made breakfast items, and hot congee were all on offer. The flavors were authentic and delicious, and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The waitstaff promptly refilled food and cleared tables, making for a fantastic dining experience. We were even allowed a late checkout until 2 PM. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel is an excellent choice with superb value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit and have already recommended it to my friends. It's worth repurchasing indefinitely!

Alice at the front desk was incredibly attentive during check-in, and the process was quick and seamless. My room was spacious and bright, decorated with great taste, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel's dining options also deserve a special mention; the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and dinner at the restaurant featured exquisite dishes and excellent service. Furthermore, the hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. All in all, this was an extremely satisfying stay. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel was easy to find and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—so I slept really well. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in. Plus, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and it offers great value for money. Highly recommend!

I came to Dalian for a few days and my experience was absolutely fantastic! Monica provided excellent and thoughtful service, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. A good hotel really boosts your happiness. Xinghai Square is just a short walk downstairs, where you can see the sea. The hotel also has floor heating, so it's highly recommended even in winter. You can stroll along the seaside. Next time I'm in Dalian, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. The location, service, breakfast – everything was top-notch and incredibly good value for money. Highly recommend!

It was already past midnight when I arrived, and Nancy was incredibly patient during check-in, showing no signs of annoyance. When I mentioned ordering takeout, she proactively told me the hotel didn't have robots and that I could contact her anytime to have the food delivered to my room. She also said I could reach out if I had any issues with the room. Thumbs up to Nancy for her excellent butler-like service! 👍
