這個酒店服務實在太差，我是攜程老客户，從沒有這樣評價一家酒店。
1.入住後的第二天一岀門我就通知前台要打掃房間，結果晚上回到房間，一個床收拾了，另一個一點沒收拾，一片狼藉，還把一個枕頭扔在電視櫃上，太奇葩了！找前台投訴，她説她管不了，客房經理聯繫不上，讓我第二天找客房經理。
2.前台非常懶，很不負責，整個酒店除了兩個前台，你再找不到可以解決問題的人，沒有大堂經理，更找不到公司領導了。投訴無門，衹能忍氣吞聲。
3.開門的卡經常開不了門，又要跑到一樓重刷一下卡。希望一個房間有兩張卡，不給。
4.別看照片上有一個小花園，周邊環境真的臟亂差，臭氣熏天，每次進岀酒店味道很難聞。
總之，這個酒店的服務太差了，希望攜程給點處罰。同時希望攜程以後不要推薦這樣的酒店給用户！

過去一定是旅順口最好的酒店。夏天入住會更好！不愧花園的名稱，在坡上，冬天入住能看到日出。淡季，入住率不高，有一天早餐是送到房間裏的，也挺豐富。自助餐時，涼菜好吃。服務好，房間夠大！

最好的是位置，距離景點都在3公里範圍內，因時間原因設施有些老舊，但也在可接受的範圍內。唯一讓人覺得有些需要改進的是，第二天想讓客房補兩瓶水，客房以今日退房拒絕了。如果衹是200元以內的快捷酒店我倒覺得無可厚非，但400元的酒店連成本1元的礦泉水都要和顧客計較，我覺得實在是有點不近人情了，況且那個酒店位置買瓶水還是比較麻煩的。希望這一點酒店管理者可以有所改進，因為確實在這個價位，我也不曾遇到過不捨得多給兩瓶水的酒店。

房間床墊質量好，不軟也不硬，剛剛好，空調好。床的寬度1.5米，適合帶孩子的人羣，就是裝修有些年頭了，後期維護再跟不上，就感覺設施陳舊了，但是對於晚上睡一宿好覺足夠了

位置好，附近有多條公交車路過，出行方便。附近餐館多，有一家漁人餃子館和蜆子麪館都不錯。前台小姐姐熱情專業，入住退房快。房間安靜，雖然裝修時間比較久，但（除了地毯）還都挺乾淨，設施完好。早餐比較簡單，菜品少了一點，就餐時間如能稍長一點就好（8點半結束）。推薦。
