Quiet garden hotel with free parking. In the evening, there is a beer garden downstairs to drink, and there is a Japanese food downstairs. The hotel is almost located in the center of the main attractions in Dalian. It is convenient to take a taxi. It is next to Nanshan Style Street and the Botanical Garden, which are within walking distance.

On 1.6, I checked in and was told that the price would increase during the college entrance examination. I said that I didn’t tell me when I made the booking, and I booked it on Ctrip. After entering the room, I wanted to connect to the WIFI. I couldn't find instructions on the password everywhere. I called the assistant manager in the lobby and said that there was no password. She said that she had worked in the hotel for 20 years and had never heard of a password. I said, then you find someone to help me see it. She said that she would take the guests to see the room. She didn't have time. The original saying was "Can't you wait for a minute?". As a result, I waited for an hour and no one contacted me. In desperation, I called the switchboard and told me that the password was the switchboard number. Both Nanshan Hotel and Furama are well-known old stores in Dalian. I didn't expect the two stores to be so bad after the merger. Shame on Dalian. Room service is quite good, cleaned in time, and attitude is also very good. It should be that the middle and high-level leaders are not good enough.

The location is good, the surroundings of the hotel are also good, you can visit Nanshan Park for free. Although the equipment is a bit old, it works well and nothing is wrong. There are windows on both sides of the second floor of the room, which is more nice😃

坐落於大連傳統高級住宅區南山，植物園和小童公園步行數分鐘可達，酒店建於上世紀八十年代，當時低價低廉所以圈了很大一塊地，是大連市中心僅有的花園式酒店，停車場巨大，以至於附近的學校放學接孩子時都有很多家長將車停進來，客房面積不小，但裝潢設計比較落伍了，洗面池和淋浴間排水不暢，龍頭開啟方式與絕大多數酒店相反需要適應，非吸煙樓層客房也有極淡的煙味，枕頭沒有彈性，睡一小會兒就塌了，可能是淡季的原因早餐品種較少，優點是客人較少，客房非常安靜，喜歡寧靜的遊客建議選擇這裏，周圍的街區也值得散步。

這裏環境優美，房間設施齊全，服務特別貼心，前台服務超級棒，是在大連旅遊住宿的首選！

住的是新樓的房間，房間還可以，但是相比五星細節上還是差了幾口氣吧。圖片能不能新拍幾張呀，別掛那麼老的照片了😅圖片中的陽台和草坪也沒有。説是花園酒店，但實際上沒多少園林景觀可供觀賞。早餐還可以吧，不算簡陋，飲料的品種有些少，菜品增添也不夠及時。早餐供應到10點，9點多鐘豆腐腦兒沒有了也不給加了。 特別要指出的是:我晚上23點入住的時候，有男員工在大堂裏吸煙，還把煙灰缸放在了前台上。大連市控制吸煙條例規定住宿場所可以設定吸煙室，並且要有引導標識和吸煙有害健康警示語，客房裡放了煙灰缸，但是這些也沒有貼。

酒店位置很好，旁邊就是南山風情街，一步一景，令人贊歎。房間中規中矩。對比這次旅遊住的其他酒店，服務方面可以説是很一般了，首先辦理入住時，不主動告知早餐地點、時間和所住房間樓層，全都是一問一回答，太被動。其次人性化方面也很不足，小孩剛剛超過1.2m，嚴格按照規定收取早餐費用，早餐種類較少；房間衹提供2瓶礦泉水，超額使用嚴格按照10元一瓶收費。我該贊歎貴酒店執行規定很嚴格嗎？😄其實吧這也很正常，就是中規中矩，但偏偏住的上一家喜來登酒店人性化服務超級棒，所以一下子對比太明顯了。
