Sweetome Service Apartment (Jinshitan)

We are staying in six people, there are old people and children, because Bao Da is afraid of heat, so when booking, we specially booked a house with air-conditioning in every room, but I did not expect that Dalian is really a good place to escape the summer heat. It is very cool and air-conditioned. Basically unused, the rooms are well decorated, and each room has a small open-air balcony. It is very emotional and can cook. Like living at home, it has a refrigerator and a washing machine, which is very convenient. The community environment is also good, the greening is very good, and the security guards are very responsible and feel very safe. The landlord is still very good, and he enthusiastically recommended the place we go to play. Overall, the price is high, five points praise!

Environment Basic facilities are available, the bath is a water heater; the bathroom is small and the shower is in two separate rooms. Without a card, I took the key to open the door. Downstairs is the breakfast shop. There are tofu brains, millet porridge, vegetable boxes, and fried dough sticks. There are not many types. The location is a bit biased in the community. There are cake shops and supermarkets on the street, and the starting price is just away from attractions such as Golden Pebble Beach. 4. The handsome boss who received us is very nice, responsive and efficient. Disadvantages: The apartment is not as good as the environment in the city. The house was very good. We later replaced it with a three-bedroom, two-living room and two-bathroom house. It was spacious and cool, and the apartment layout was very good. The elderly and children stayed without disturbing each other. It was clean and convenient. The owner was also nice, enthusiastic and satisfied. Will stay next time.

The landscaping is very good, and the landlord is also very good. They helped us carry the luggage along the way, and the washing machine was also easy to use, but I didn't find the laundry detergent 😅. Overall it is worth experiencing.

這是一家民宿風的酒店 坐落在一個非常漂亮的小區 第一次來有點轉向 打電話問老闆酒店在哪兒 沒半分鐘老闆就來接我們了 簡直神速 進來以後可以直接上樓 和老闆有什麼事都可以在微信溝通 特別方便 省去了找前台打電話的時間 房間特別大 70多平米 兩個雙人大床 屋裡也很乾凈衞生 一看就是每天打掃 維護的很用心 最主要的是 房間設備非常齊全 洗衣機 微波爐 電冰箱 陽台可以晾衣服 屋裡也能吸煙 沒有那麼多約束 像住自己家一樣放鬆 樓下有很多小吃小超市 叫外賣很快捷 我們是從北京過來的 感覺這邊物價也便宜 點一大桌子燒烤才200多 兩個人吃了兩天才吃完 老闆人也特別好 給我們介紹附近的旅遊景點 哪天有大集 哪裡好玩 怎麼過去最方便等等 晚上快下雨了也會提前提醒我們收衣服 非常親切非常熱心 服務特別到位 體驗感很好 這家酒店離金石灘快樂海岸 發現王國遊樂場 地質公園 都挺近 金石灘我們去的次數最多 可以走着過去 2公里左右 打車最多也就10塊錢 真的是非常方便了 小區裏也有很多可愛的流浪貓 有幾衹完全不怕人 我們還餵了兩天貓貓 真是治癒人心！總之這是一次非常好的住宿體驗 性價比很高 很有家的感覺 下次還來 歡迎大家都來入住 肯定不會讓你失望的！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

我是2023年8月25日到 入住户號、房間、與實際不符合，我在攜程網上定205號房户，領到的鑰匙🔑是201號房，實際室內與攜程上的照片不符合， 衞生：極其差，有異味，房內 環境：昏暗 設施：有陳舊，損壞未修補

房間很乾凈整潔，服務一流，下次還回來給老闆點贊👍👍👍

位置可以，離景點近，酒店沒名字到了現打電話管家到小區門口接。房間有冰箱微波爐，可以簡單給孩子熱個奶洗個衣服，管家解決問題還算及時。不足是公寓沒人收垃圾，缺的東西得隨時跟管家要。淋浴間地漏不好洗澡時積水。

住的挺好的 複式結構 4個人住的很寬敞 家電齊全 還能做飯 屋子打掃的很乾凈 老闆服務很周到怕我們熱還提前把空調打開了 房子位置挺好離輕軌站 發現王國和海邊都不遠 出行很方便 下次來還住這裏
