Hard Rock Hotel Dalian

The room view was absolutely amazing! Unobstructed sea views, you can see the ocean right from your bed. Honestly, with a stay here, why even bother going to Sanya? Compared to other hotels in the area, the value for money is unbeatable. The fish noodle soup at breakfast was also delicious. I especially want to give a shout-out to the front desk team, Menglong Band – their service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Hard Rock Jinshitan is definitely the top choice!

The room was spacious, the shower facilities were excellent, and the bathroom layout was very well-designed and clever.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with great garden and sea views. It only took 1-2 minutes to get to the beach. The staff member, Lin Junjie, was particularly kind, patient, and enthusiastic. The facilities were also comprehensive. I will definitely come back next time.

Highly recommended! Very comfortable for family trips with children. The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 through the back door. In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy. The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement. Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful. Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!

An absolutely fantastic experience! Facing the sea with the beach right outside the door. All the hotel facilities were fully operational and excellent. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. Personally, I feel it offers better value than the five-star hotel next door! A special shout-out to Ms. Yi Yangqianxi at the front desk – she was kind, warm, and helped us solve so many problems; we were truly satisfied! I hope to see her again on our next visit! Also, Mr. Yan Renzhong provided excellent service! Hard Rock Hotel is the most recommended place from my trip to Dalian!

I arrived in Dalian just as a typhoon hit, and it was raining all the way from the airport to the hotel. I was feeling a bit down after getting drenched, but when I got to the front desk, the staff upgraded my standard double room to a family room for free. That instantly cheered me up and made my mood much better! The room was huge and even had two bathrooms. Plus, we got to see the fireworks show from Discoveryland across the way both nights, which was totally worth it! 👍🏻 On the first night, a hornet flew into our room, and the staff handled it very promptly. 👍🏻 The hotel is also very close to the beach, so overall it was a very chill stay.

Embarking once again on a melodious journey, my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Dalian was fantastic in every aspect. The room assigned was great, the breakfast delicious, and it truly is a unique music-themed hotel. Although it was quite busy during the summer holidays, the service quality remained consistently excellent. A special shout-out to the Menglong band!
