Pros: Super convenient for concerts, within walking distance, and I even met fellow fans. It's also very close to the airport. Cons: Too expensive, and the room wasn't particularly large. They said it was an executive upgrade, but it just felt like a higher floor. Not great value for money, considering the price. There aren't many shops or restaurants nearby, so you'll mostly rely on delivery. The room faced the stadium, but the window was dirty, which obstructed the view.

How to describe it? We checked in a bit early, and the front desk staff was so welcoming and generous. They gave us a quiet room, and when they heard we were there for a concert, they specifically assigned us a room facing the stadium. That small detail really touched us! We'll definitely come back next time. It's only a 500-meter walk to the stadium, the area is very safe, and you can order amenities from Trip.com to be delivered – the hotel staff will remind you and even bring them to your room! Extremely satisfied, felt right at home!

I was given a room right by the elevator, which was incredibly noisy every time it opened. The faucet also made a creaking sound when turned on. This is far below the quality I'd expect from a Crowne Plaza. The lobby sold snacks, but there was a strong smell of cooking oil. Overall, I was very disappointed.

The room was quite spacious. The mini-bar was practical as it was empty; I guess they don't stock it because guests rarely use it. The staff at the buffet restaurant, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and proactive, always offering help. The breakfast selection was top-notch, easily one of the best I've had at any hotel! 😆 I was too busy eating to take photos. Overall, excellent value for money. 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel gave us a free suite upgrade, and it's super close to the stadium. However, the service quality was pretty mediocre. I had to call the front desk three times and wait fifteen minutes just to get a disposable bathtub liner. Seriously annoying. 😓
