Close to Panera, Gas Station and store.
Bed and pillows are amazing.

We had plumbing issues...they were solved, but the cleaning following left something to be desired. The staff there is super nice. The common areas and breakfast are great.

The property overall is wonderful but late at night you can hear dogs barking and neighbors coming in from late night partying. Overall the breakfast is good and the 24 hour coffee bar as well as work out facility is a life saver. I truly enjoyed my time.

From check-in to check-out this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly. The room very comfortable and such a nice kitchen area with everything you need. Very clean everywhere I looked.
This was a trip for medical procedures. How clean it was made me feel at ease. It is just minutes away from the medical district. We will definitely use this hotel from now on.

It was not a good location for me coz I usually meet heavy traffic going and coming back to this hotel. Found and killed a roach. The induction stove was not consistent in its temp that it took longer to cook anything. But the staff were nice and very helpful.

Very clean, that's always my #1 concern. I pulled back the blankets, checked the mattress and everything. It was pristine. Some reviews are really dramatic about the unhoused people in the area. While there are people in the general area, they are not bothering anyone and they were mostly at the convenience store across the parking lot. Who cares? Mind your business and you'll be just fine. We enjoyed our stay, and the complimentary breakfast was great as well!! Many options to choose from.

I left the Hotel because is not in a safe area.
Homeless people watching as I unload my bags from my car.
The front desk told me “ we are always checking the hallways and every area of the Hotel for homeless people “ as if that should make me feel safe.

Great staff. Convenient location. Only one issue. The thermostats LED was extremely bright at night. Might want to take a look at that.

It was new and well kept. The homeless on the front step of the next door property was a sad commentary on the downtown Dallas area...but it was a good stay.
