Great location right off the highway and by college campus/Bush library. We enjoyed the room and design as well as the bar/commons area (unfortunately did not bring swim suits for the indoor pool for the cold rainy day, would have been nice). Was a little weird to not have ice available on the floors and finally figured out we had to just grap qt bags out of the freezer in the lobby (no one mentioned that) but for all the fun aesthetics and location there wasnt much we could complain about (as long as you look around and find the best price as online it was coming up wildly different). Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My car was broken into at 4:30 in the afternoon. The hotel did nothing for me. I asked to be comped and they said no. Not even a free breakfast. The manager didn’t call me back (I had to call 3 times) and they never answer the phone when you call. I stayed at this hotel a month prior and when I was checking in another guest was filing a report that her car was broken into. I didn’t think much about it at the time but recalled it when my car was broken into.
This hotel could add security to their parking area but they choose not to. Seriously, stay at the Highland for a little more money and valet. The cost to fix my window was $400.

Nice boutique hotel, a few dislikes were.....the amount of noise from the hallway late at night and early morning. Our room was right next to the elevator, so that was probably why. Also, housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am, that woke up me and my family which was unexpected. Checkout is at 11 and they don't offer a late checkout. The door to the bathroom does not close all the way, you can see inside the bathroom with the little latch engaged. Other than those few things, the hotel itself is lovely. Smells great and is super aesthetic. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Indoor pool and daypass to Lifetime fitness next door. There is also a gym on the property. Nice bar and café area. Will probably stay again since it the location was ideal for our trip.

The staff were exceptional. They were friendly, talkative, and very helpful . The hotel was top- notch clean and having the flexible bar/dining/ lounge area was a comfy sophisticated vibe. The food and drinks were excellent. There was nothing I did not like about my 4 night stay.

I stayed at the hotel and cancelled a reservation for the following week. My reservation was not cancelled and I was charged for 3 extra nights. I tried for 4 days to resolve this issue and it still in not resolved. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and each day the maid only changed towels and did not make the bed or pick up. I am extremely upset with this property and would not and would not recommend anyone staying there.

Staff was not polite or welcoming and acted like anything we needed was an inconvenience. We didn’t even receive the basics of an hotel stay. Our room never got cleaned. I had to call house keeping several times for basics likes towels, toilet paper, and new sheets which I ended up having to change myself. The bar tenders didn’t even make eye contact and didn’t make us feel welcomed so we just decided to dine out. The TV didn’t work in our room. When I called the front desk to ask for basics (clean towels, sheets, etc) the clerk said “you’re going to have to wait” with an attitude because we had called 30 minute prior but had not received any assistance yet.
