The hotel staff, primarily the bar and valet staff, were extremely nice and enthusiastic and welcoming. They were always helpful and attentive. My room was not very clean upon check-in: bathroom wall had a stain and tv remote was dirty. My room, the next day, was not cleaned even upon my return at 430pm so I just asked for turn down service. I had no Do Not Disturb sign in my room when I had checked in either. I called to ask for one and did receive one right away. Then I received a brand new menu for room service, and then a housekeeper came to clean but I refused and asked for turn down later again. Turn down was great and I received a Moon Pie and water. The next day, I returned after out all day, my room was cleaned. However, my unopened Moon Pie was taken, and my tv remote was gone. My vanity table not cleaned, bathroom wall still stained (yes, was removable). Finally found remote under the comforter! And, still dirty and crusty. It looked like the room just had a once over clean. The hotel overall needs to be updated. I really thought I was coming to a newer hotel.
