Our room was exquisite. We were in the bungalows area off the main hotel grounds. Easy parking, very clean. The staff especially Tristan were very perdinable. Communication was so eady as well, thee staff shared their cell numbers readily. Free transportation throughout most of the city.

I chose this place for 2 reasons. 1 for secured parking and 2 for the shuttle to the venue. We loved our stay! The valet crew was top notch.

This hotel is the BEST we have ever stayed at. It is beautiful and unique. The staff is absolutely amazing and they spoil you. I love that they offer a free shuttle to drive you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. That makes transportation easy. My husband and I cannot wait to come back. We will always stay at hotel zaza

I love the ZaZas Hotels, they put extra effort in the decorations!
I just have two comments:
The mattress needs to be changed, and
No coffee machine for my morning coffee?? Really? Oh yes, and they provided me with a 16 oz water bottle, the rest was for sale…
But I would still go back!

After being recommended by Gemini as a similar experience as Cherry Creek in Denver, we were not impressed by the walk ability of the area nor by the service of the hotel.
Their deviled egg offerings in the restaurant was pathetic. The eggs resembled eggs that I would leave in the refrigerator for three days before I ate them not what I would expect from an acclaimed restaurant.
My only conclusion is don’t trust Gemini for hotel recommendations the AI isn’t that smart yet….. or at least Zaza hotel isn’t what AI thinks it is
