Maybe the hotel owner is doing a public service by letting the homeless stay here or something. If so 'bravo" for his civic mindedness. And the woman at the front desk was helpful and excellent. But this place just felt unsafe so we aborted our 3 day Dallas stay here after one day. Breakfast looked unhealthy, shower door handle broken.
Clincher was 3-4 AM profanity laden shouting match on our floor that apparently no one but us reported. Which is telling.
May be average for NE Dallas 635 corridor, but I would head for safety elsewhere
