4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

BC Spa is an absolute unique place in Dalyan. The hotel has a lot of character and every room was created with eye for detail. Every wall is a piece of art by itself. Beautiful! Family rooms are perfect and contain 2 bedrooms and a seperate living room. The hotel is located directly by the river and surrounded by greenary. It is located in 2 minutes walking distance from city center, shops, bars and restaurants. You don't need a car, because the bus station, cabs and the harbour are also within a few minutes walking distance. Ideal! But the most beautiful asset of this hotel are the employees. I've been to Turkey many times but never have I felt more at home than at BC Spa! All staff members are so friendly and helpfull! We were in Turkey during Dutch Kings Day and we were invited to come to a party were everybody brought something to eat. Of course we couldn't bake something ourselves (no cooking facilities in the hotel room). The chef asked us at what time the party started and went as far as to bake us a cake right there and then as a present! This to me is the perfect example of how heartwarming and kind the people of BC Spa are to their guests!

We stayed here for 5 nights—I would not recommend. The hotel overall is okay, if it was a 2/3 star, but does not live up to its 4th. It’s riddled with maintenance issues, and a general level of uncleanliness. In our stay, our room had a number of issues (some fixed, some not). Rooms are okay, but cramped. The staff are overall clearly not trained for their roles, during our stay we were summoned by staff and yelled to collect food and drink items. The few staff that were great during our stay where very competent, super friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The breakfast was okay, food quality was secondary, you can tell they re-use items from the previous days, the coffee is instant and all fruit juices they charge for (although breakfast was paid for). The spa—after its name sake—is not a spa and was completely empty, as it does not function. In fact, a staff member from the spa downstairs was dismally scouting for more customers every day. While staying there my partner and I paid upfront to use the spa and have a couples massage, the massage was lovely however: - steam room—did not get to temperature - sauna—not operational - Turkish bath—not operational - jacuzzis—not operational - salt room—not operational - air conditioning—not operational - indoor pool—not heated Overall I would not stay here again, until they clean the hotel, upgraded its facilities, ensuring they function correctly and train their staff appropriately.

lovely hotel, beautifully situated, clean, quiet, friendly great spa facilities & yoga good poolside bar with reasonable priced drinks & snacks 2 separate pools so noisy kids can use 1 and quiet adults the other and both enjoy themselves! short, lovely walk to main town along river felt completely safe

We were sent to this hotel when asur was closed ,having read the reviews I can honestly say I was worried….fast forward 2 weeks and I absolutely loved it .the staff were second to none and as were were a large group(14) they even asked what they could do to improve .any suggestions we made were applied and were ongoing as we left . Some of us have actually re booked for next year .

I stayed here with a large group of people and had a great stay. The owners are clearly trying to update the grounds and are modernising. The pools are well maintained and the daily room service was good. The hotel is located on the river and there is good access to shops, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend. Two of the couples who were part of the group have actually rebooked directly with the hotel for two weeks next year!

We really like Bc Spa - positives: great location - pontoon for breakfast, lovely river/cliff views, good, clean pools, female staff lovely, maintenance staff very helpful. Negatives: noisy untimely maintenance noise, decor becoming tired, staff smoking outside kitchens on main path to dining area during service. Cleaning walkways to dining area during morning service made walking v slippery and dangerous. Jacuzzi bath unoperational. We’d like to stay again but only once refurb carried out.
