Totally beyond expectations! Location is perfect, close to train station and box Hill central and yet very quiet in the room. The amenities in the room are amazing. Stove, dish washing machine, coffee making machines, toaster, microwave and even washing machine n dryer! The view is just magical! Worth each penny!

Hotel location is good and nearby lots of restaurants and 2 large supermarkets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean.

Bathroom is on the smaller side.
Location is fantastic with tram just a minute or two walk and Box hill central shopping centre is approx a 5 mins walk with foodie paradise (Asian food).
Roof top pool has a nice view of Melbourne 👍

Location is a little far from CBD, but quite straightforward and easy to locate. Less than 10mins walk from box hill station. Not sure if the hotel provides toothbrush/toothpaste as it's not in th room. No slippers are provided hence Asians might find it a little uncomfortable as it is for me. There's no cooking oil or any condiments provided as well. Bed and pillow are too soft for my liking. Overall a good stay but will not come back again as it's inconvenient for me.

It would be good if the hotel management can consider having those fitted on the wall dispensing bottles of wash liquids (shampoo, conditioner, etc) placed inside the shower cubicle, instead of having them placed outside.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay at this apertment.

Great service apartment. Well furnished, fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed. Lovely view from balcony. Very clean. Pool, jacuzzi and gym on roof deck is a bonus. Easy walk to Box Hill shops, restaurants and transport. Box Hill hospital 5mins walk away.
