小區全封閉管理，安全性可以，房間乾淨，設施齊全，地理位置不錯，自駕去哪裡都比較方便，小區停車有些緊張，我們停在對面的小區裏，給小區交了一點點錢停了兩宿，很划算，安東老街不太建議去，房主介紹的月亮島夜市不錯，很熱鬧，有煙火氣，非常值得去，房主很熱情，下次來玩還會選擇您家 忘了拍室內照片了 拍了小區裏的玉蘭花

房子面積夠大，兩家4人入住沒問題，可以做飯，廚房用具配備比較齊全，入住辦理也方便。位置也不錯，交通便利，小區也安靜，感覺很安全。唯一缺點是4樓沒有電梯。

衞生間下水道非常臭，引起進門就是臭臭的。房子是2室一廳但是比較簡漏，給我的感覺非常不好，但是房東很熱情。

剛離開的時候，就寫了挺長一篇評價，咋沒了呢？20240717午飯後離開錦州，13點40分向丹東出發，下午18點31分到達四庫春秋大門，解鎖取鑰匙新玩兒法，電梯也必須刷門禁卡，老闆回覆特別及時，衹是這個高檔社區的外部環境真是有點兒讓人一言難盡！房東説等二期修好了就好了，希望下次過來一切都好！

位置還行就是小區門口環境挺差，屋裡衞生也不是很乾凈，廁所門的鎖是壞的，對於兩個家庭一起出遊的很不方便。
