這家店真的缺大德了，考研定的這家，定之前特意打電話問房間冷不冷，她説不冷，然後我直接下單，我那天來的比較晚，晚上七點半之後入住的，最開始房間冷我以為住着住着就好了，樓下那女的也説住着住着就暖和了，結果我凍的實在不行了我申請退款，但是超過八點了，八點十多分申請的，客服去協商她上來找我也不給退，説衹給退第二晚的，並且建議我交二十塊錢吹空調，我凍的已經不行了，我説我按金的那20塊錢給我吹空調，然後她説好，去給我拿了空調遙控器，然後那一晚我吹着空調最高温度，還是超級冷，我凌晨一點到六點每個小時被凍醒一回，我都把暖貼貼在臉上還是能被凍醒，他那個屋一整面牆都是窗户，酷酷漏風，就這麼個房間還不給退還往外辦理入住，想錢想瘋了簡直，之後我大病一場，考試的時候鼻子就沒通氣，還發燒，嗓子超級疼，考試那兩天我站都站不住，回家又打了兩天吊瓶 現在還沒好利索，那個女的不是本地口音，真是缺了大德了，一定會遭報應的，一定會！！我那晚凌晨一點凍醒一回 兩點一回三點一回四點一回五點一回，然後我直接就不睡了，臨走的時候我也跟她説了，她一定會有報應的！！

隔音非常差，走廊有個共用衞生間，有人上廁所沖水聲音賊大，特別吵，屋內衞生還可以，什麼洗漱用品都沒有，毛巾牙膏牙刷全都沒有，廁所也沒有廁紙，空調就是個擺設，床頭充電孔很鬆，充電器插不住
