晚上10點入住，孩子先洗漱，洗澡時發現地漏不通，催了兩次才上來修，經過1小時的維修，沒修好！聯繫前台要求換房，前台表示無空房！拒絕換房間，酒店的設施問題導致我入住後無法沖洗入睡，還想説讓我們這樣將就先睡、明天早上來修，我們本來就是很累了才想趕快到酒店洗漱後入睡、一早起來趕路，給我們一個設施有故障的房間還有理了嗎？就這麼理所當然把客户當**嗎！我網上搜到有空房，再次溝通酒店如果有同等價格的空房是否可以給換，前台勉強説把卡拿下去辦理！真是服了！格林豪泰體驗超差！
