Hygiene: Although a bit old, the room hygiene is good. Facilities: The TV in the room is a bit too small, I hope it can be updated. It's called a resort hotel, but it's a shame that there is no swimming pool. Service: Because it was raining, the doorman kindly arranged a nearby parking space. The front desk took the initiative to add WeChat and introduced the sightseeing situation of Wudang Mountain. The service reminders were also in place and the room delivery was also timely. Praise the front desk clerk Xiao Wang for his initiative and enthusiasm. It is a bit regrettable that the hotel's room card design is very nice, with Wudang Mountain characteristics, but the front desk said that it cannot be given as a gift, which is not very friendly to hotel lovers and there is a clear gap with international hotel groups.

The hotel has a good location, good environment, and thoughtful and meticulous service, especially Xiaowei at the front desk. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel lobby is very grand, the rooms belong to the supporting building, a little old, and the breakfast is ordinary. The hotel is located 11 minutes away from Wudang Mountain. The area around the hotel feels ordinary during the day, but it's beautiful when you go out for a walk at night! The lighting, scenery and humanistic design are great! worth!

The room is very clean and the hotel has a great view! The service was exceptional. Xiaowei helped deliver the luggage to the room and gave a lot of practical suggestions for local travel. I left in a hurry in the morning and left one of my headphones on the bed. I called back and got a reply in time. Xiaowei also helped to deliver it to the door. She was very careful and thoughtful.

When booking, I asked for a quiet room not facing the road. The room we checked into had a strong musty smell as soon as we entered. It faced the internal road of the hotel parking lot and there was a loud clanging sound as cars drove in and out. It doesn't stop in the middle of the night. Never encountered such a poor resort hotel. The room hardware is poor and the bathroom is small. Maximum four-star level. The swimming pool was not open either, which was also an experience.

The environment and service are very good, it would be better if the room could be smarter!
